I had a great experience at A&W on Wednesday evening! The service was super friendly, and the staff made sure I felt welcomed right away. I was impressed with how quickly my order was prepared too – everything came out fast and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it the perfect spot to grab a bite after a busy day. Definitely a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal. I’ll be back!

Been to this location numerous times, orders are often made with little care, ingredients are sub par at times and business is unwilling to make it right. My patience has been exhausted after many disappointments. Today I ordered a papa with cheese and onion rings, the papa had no cheese or teen sauce as well as a stale bun and the onion rings had no seasonings.
I would let this slide if it was the first offense, but alas here we are. Order was 15ish dollars and when I called after digging in 20 mins later all I got was a sorry we'll give your free cheese on your next papa and a pie..... I'm pretty sure cheese and a pie don't cost 15 dollars. Keep it.
Mistakes happen I get it, but make it right!
Save yourself the frustration and money and drive up the street to any of the other places, they'll be 3/4 of the price and hopefully get your order right. That or head for waterloo or kitchener, plenty of other A&Ws that actually care for their customers.

Theres like one younger person working with like the rest being adults and they are all creepy… The older workers don’t treat the young workers. I heard them say weird creepy things to them.

Long black hair found in my fries ..absolutely disgusting! Went back a noticed the Indian lady with long black hair making the fries had no hairnet on . No one wanted to admit who the manager was when I wanted to bring this Health and Safety issue up. Place is dirty and should be shut down

Forcing 50+ children in the restaurant for the Halloween meal vs BELIEVING parents, and risk loosing out on maybe $500 in free food having ONE child get hurt over stupidity is really showing true customer service colors...time to get new managment

Stopped in for a burger and a coffee.Just a lovely lady working the till who made me a fresh pot of coffee...and it was so hot and delicious.True customer service and wonderfully polite and friendly. It's the little things!☺️
