The owner should check on the night shift guy, gone multiple times recently between 1-3AM and the guy either doesn't answer or says their closed and when he does answer he sounds like I just woke him up LOL

I stopped for coffee and I would like get my morning Americano but guys try to fix machine 10-15 minutes after he proposes refund for me but I need my coffee one of the worst experience with A&W usually all other location good, I hope they fix their coffee machine and doing better service in the future.

I recently visited this location and while the food was excellent, the service was extremely unprofessional. The cashier, a teenager named Lucas Harmun, was openly rude throughout my experience.
I was placing a large order for my family, who were already seated, when Lucas muttered under his breath, “No wonder you’re so fat.” This level of disrespect is unacceptable. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and have never encountered an employee behaving this way.
After taking my order, he pointed to the tip jar. When I showed no interest, he picked it up and demanded a “30% tip.” Once I paid (without tipping), he physically grabbed me, tried to push me aside, and shouted “Next Biggle,” even though no one else was in line.
The food at A&W remains great as always, but I strongly caution others about this employee. Behavior like this is damaging to the restaurant’s reputation and should not be tolerated.

Waiting in drive thru for 30 mins so far:.. still waiting.. 3 cars infront of us when we got here
I’m sure the food is good but when I went to order the all Canadian breakfast after I order it it’s like seven dollars more than what the price shows. advertisement is wrong and when I ask, she says that the computer was wrong or something like that. If you’re advertising it for a certain price, you should honour that price.

I was there at 630 pm waited 30 minutes due to only 2 staff on. One in back one on till It’s not the first time either. Maybe hire some more workers instead of working the ones you got to death Seriously felt bad they were running everywhere

I had a great experience at A&W on Wednesday evening! The service was super friendly, and the staff made sure I felt welcomed right away. I was impressed with how quickly my order was prepared too – everything came out fast and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it the perfect spot to grab a bite after a busy day. Definitely a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal. I’ll be back!

Been to this location numerous times, orders are often made with little care, ingredients are sub par at times and business is unwilling to make it right. My patience has been exhausted after many disappointments. Today I ordered a papa with cheese and onion rings, the papa had no cheese or teen sauce as well as a stale bun and the onion rings had no seasonings.
I would let this slide if it was the first offense, but alas here we are. Order was 15ish dollars and when I called after digging in 20 mins later all I got was a sorry we'll give your free cheese on your next papa and a pie..... I'm pretty sure cheese and a pie don't cost 15 dollars. Keep it.
Mistakes happen I get it, but make it right!
Save yourself the frustration and money and drive up the street to any of the other places, they'll be 3/4 of the price and hopefully get your order right. That or head for waterloo or kitchener, plenty of other A&Ws that actually care for their customers.
