One star is being generous! I ordered via the drive through as I was in a hurry. The person taking my order spoke broken english at best. When I got my order it was incorrect. I parked and went back in to have it corrected. I had to wait quite long because there was only two employees. Once having the correction made I got back in the car. My chicken sandwich was ice cold and the onion rings were undercooked and cold. Wasted money since the only edible item in my combo was by drink. I did not have time to turn around and go back in. Besides it would have been a waste of time.

Had a whopper here. Few hours later I felt sick, headache and threw up. Burger was hot, likely sitting for hours. Gotta be laws on this. Rude service as well, hand your food then as I'm saying thank you the girl sits the window in my face. Never again

Where do I start ! Service was good. Food was horrible. Three drinks that were all Different were just water. Yes water! Must be saving on the flavouring and carbon Fries and onion rings stone cold. The whopper now has paper thin meat in it. Never again in Elmira or any other BK. My number one now hits rock bottom.
