Sat in drive thru for ten minutes. Nobody infront of me. One guy working just to make you a burger like it comes out his paycheck. I just left.

Where do I start ! Service was good. Food was horrible. Three drinks that were all Different were just water. Yes water! Must be saving on the flavouring and carbon Fries and onion rings stone cold. The whopper now has paper thin meat in it. Never again in Elmira or any other BK. My number one now hits rock bottom.

Took my wife and kids tonight as we were out late, so why not dine out little treat. Service was great but the temperature was freezing , I asked about the heat and they insisted it was on , clearly they were just trying to save a buck at the customers expense as they were wearing winter coats. Overall food was good and quick service but the temperature ruined it for us had to eat so quickly just too have a warm meal. Not a good experience with toddlers . Temperature was 12

Very bad, you will be told to park for "fresh food" when there is no one waiting behind you in the drive thru... Then sit there for 10 min watching the dude who took your order leave to have a smoke before going back in to grab your meal (which by now is no longer fresh)
Just a couple cheese burgers warmed up in the microwave. should have just went to the gas station

Made me pull through the drive thru as well as the car behind me because they didn't have food ready. I would assume by this they don't get a lot of business and that they must have a time quota on their drive thru. So they are asking you to go park in the parking lot because they want their drive thru times to be good. I wouldn't recommend based on this.

It's my first time in burger King elmaria and I got very good food. I went there in lunch time. Haven't waited too much everything was quick compared to other store. I order fresh made whooper and staff behaved well, took my order with a smile and will come and visit again. I am a srilankan and I am happy too see the welcoming I have in the store. Highly recommend. Try whooper it's awesome.

Was told to move to the front of the store to receive my order from when there wasn’t even a line behind me… the hieght of stupidity, you literally have a window for the food to go out of why not use it?
