Sunday Dec 15 around 1pm. Placed my order on the kiosk and stood in the lobby to wait. They were averaging delivery of about 1 meal every 7 minutes, I gave it 15 whole minutes before I had to ask for a refund and leave as I only have a 30 minute lunch break. I just want to thank the management for having such a poorly trained and rude staff at this location, and for making me go back to work for the rest of the day STARVING! There were only 1 or 2 competent employees on a shift of about 12 people. By the time I left both drive through lanes were backed up to the street.
This is one of the poorest McDonald's experiences I've ever had and I've been occasionally enjoying McDonald's for 50 years. I will never waste my time coming to this location ever again. Good luck Elmira if this is the only location in town you guys are all screwed.
Finally received a response from management at this location and apparently being a little loud is not tolerated even though they take 20+mins to deliver a mcdouble combo (AFTER the order has been paid for) the response went something like:
"Had it been dealt with in a civil matter, I would normally ask for your contact to attempt to retry the situation in the future in a better light. I will not be doing this for you today. As a result of this, we would like to ask that we take separate paths moving forwards, and advise that you take a different avenue for food service in the future."
Don't waste your time spending money at this location. It's not worth it for anyone. 20 mins for a mcdouble combo and the same "kitchen manager" that was responsible for the poor service was the person responsible to answer the complaint.... Seems fishy, doubt the general manager or owner are aware of their kitchen manager's actions and poor management of the shift on Sunday Dec 15th.

Slowest drive thru and service compared to other locations...rude and SLOW staff

Went there for breakfast this morning and to grab something for lunch early afternoon as I’m working in the area. First time the employee working the till was extremely rude! Asked “what do you want”. I let it go. The second time I went through the drive thru got a regular poutine and a medium coke no ice. Got to the second window he handed me a sprite full of ice so I politely said “I’m so sorry I asked for coke no ice” he snatched it from me and redid it gave it back it was the same drink!!! I told him once more he again snatched it from my hands and got me what I had ordered when I said thank you very much I got the dirtiest look and he slammed the window in my face. My entire poutine was cold and the fries were stale I’m never going here again. McDonald’s do better and get your staff in check!

Got there at 4:32pm was a long drive thru line so I went inside. All I wanted was a Large coffee. I ordered with someone at the counter then 2 other people behind me ordered full meals AFTER me. They got their food BEFORE I got a coffee l, a single coffee. I just left after 10 MINUTES of not being served. Wish I could get my money back.
This place is wildly inefficient, watching 3 people stand around and talk while 2 people ran around working like crazy, took 30 mins to get a kids happy meal and 4 value menu burgers and wasn't that busy. The worst part is of the last 5 times I have gone 3 times my order was wrong and once I had to reorder because they cleared there board because the time on the food board was so high 🙃 gone way down hill in the last 2 -3 years

Good location easy access. It's a rather small McDonald's but found plenty of seating for breakfast. The only real complaint that I would have is that the bathrooms needed a good cleaning, sink was messy and the floors were sticky. Also if any money in the Reno budget I would say update the bathrooms they look dated and dark
