Seriously order on the APP is a joke. Had Ordered and paid a head of time and got to Elmira and punched my number. You would thing you would get your order in line with all Others. Wrong!!!!!!! 5 people in drive thru when I arrived. No one in the pick up area except for myself. Guess what. 11 cars went through. 5 mins after I ordered another car came in the pick up area and you guessed it they got theirs ahead of my ordered. What did they say when I went in to get my order. Sorry About that. Fries cold as ice. Will the owners reply. Doubt it. See no replies at all to any of the one stars. Remember. Drive thru

Gave me wrong order threw the drive threw at 5 pm. I asked for large fries and sweet and sour sauce gave me ketchup , tator tots and honey instead and she wasn’t going to give us our second order .eventually showing her a receipt she finally gave it to us .

McDonald’s Elmira has really stepped up there game over the last year in my opinion. Only reason for 4 stars was because I had to wait a bit longer than expected considering I was the only one in the drive through at the time. Other than that, the food quality was excellent

This place is horrible. Management is pathetic. I stopped going there as everything was gross, the oil needs to be changed way more and they need more trained qualified people in drive thru. My daughter wanted a blueberry muffin, I would have went to Tim's but unfortunately they don't have them, so away we went to McDonald's. I waited 8 MINUTES in the drive thru with barley no one there, only to be told we have no blueberry muffins, say what? And the worst parts are it was before 7:30 AM and I waited there so long. Start checking before completing the dam order.
Also the elderly lady at the front service desk needs to learn how to be more kind to people.

Stopped by on our drive home. Two sundaes with extra fudge. The new cups came with half the ice cream we normally get and definitely not extra hot fudge. Drive thru. So we asked is this right ? Management said they only fill it to the red line of these new cups. We haven't heard this from any other McDonald's anywhere else. Sundaes are usually almost overflowing. Seemed sketchy.

i ordered a chicken breakfast sandwich along with my friend- something i get often- and mine was significantly smaller then a regular one or compared to my friends. like TINY. i asked them to remake it because that is not what i paid for- after arguing w me it seems the manager simply gave me the same sandwich back. horrible service.
