It doesn’t take much to say “Sorry” or “please”. Staff could learn some basic manners.I would’ve ignored the staff’s complete lack of regard for Canadian culture, but on the two occasions I went there, my orders were wrong.Can you guys hire staff that can communicate properly??

Been coming here for a long time in the mornings. Stopped by this afternoon and the lady gives me my coffee with no cream and then hands me creamers to put it in myself. And it gives me attitude when I asked why.

I've never seen a dirtier McDonald's. The floors were sticky the tables were dirty. No ice, took forever to get my order. The staff was standing around in the front blocking the desk to get the food. Just not a nice experience.
