We’ve been here a few times and have never had a complaint until today, my husband goes in around 5pm to order me a pita. I order the veggie cheeseburger with no mushrooms. The girl who started making it starts putting mushrooms and the other girl informs her he didn’t want any she proceeded to say “you know they go on a veggie cheeseburger” and rolled her eyes directly at my husband. Whatever it is what it is. Until he gets home… she put an inedible amount of mustard on my pita. Absolutely disgusting no one in their right mind would ever put that much mustard on something. Wasted $ on a pita at this point. We will not be back after this weekend experience
Edit to add, I’ve spoke to the owner she is the sweetest! Handled it so professionally and was super apologetic.

Every time we drive through to get to listowel we have to stop by and get a pita. The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. As someone who has worked at a pita pit before I have high standards on how to make a good pita, and they get it right every time

Was served by Cece! Absolute gem, she made the perfect pita. After the quick service we headed to the car, my boyfriend took one bite, loved it so much he went back in for his own. He NEVER gets pita pit with me but his mind has been changed!

Only giving one star because the young girl that made my pita was new and friendly. Problem is that all the lettuce looked rotten or close to it all of the toppings were pretty much empty, was not the cleanest behind the glass. Most likely will not go back to this location again due to freshness and cleanliness.

You mention that you take reviews very seriously however it took more then two months for a response from my review. I also sent an emailAug 2023 in response to a "less then stellar" experience I had with one of your staff members. You did respond to that email to try and make it right however I was never given what you offered in that email.

Blown away by the performance of the employees here it’s rare that you have a fast food experience that is done with such precision and care for your food. Wish I would’ve tipped them more. These employees deserve a raise. They are really doing excellent work that you don’t often see at a chain like this. Hats off to them really impressed. Hope the Christmas party on February 11 is banging.
