I have been to this location twice now and will never be back. The first time I came I ordered a chicken wrap. It was very soggy so I asked for it to be remade and the second one was just as soggy. So I got my money back and was never able to have lunch on my break that day. Today I ordered a caesar salad. I asked for bacon and never got it. No charge for bacon so that's good but not the point. The lettuce was also red and brown on the cut ends and didn't seem to be very fresh. It seems that the food freshness needs to be taken more seriously at that location. As an employee of Cara/Recipe for 20 years now, I know they can do better.

Gail, Peter and their staff are by far the example of what all ordering and dining experience should be...even though it was busy the wait time was nil and staff were courteous and efficient Big kudos guys!!!
Chicken club wrap and service good, however something needs to be done about the fries.. maybe a franchise issue. Definitely requires improvement or at least cook them longer.

Owner & staff are some of the nicest I've ever met in the industry. Really doing their best & with a smile to make sure customers are as well taken care of as possible. The fries & rolls at this location are also consistently better than other locations. Ribs are amazing. Atmosphere is basic - fast food - but you can always take out.
