This place is so good and it’s one of my regular place. The staff is very polite and on the weekends, even during the rush hours, they do the work in a very brief time and quality is good.

Vegetarian options: They do have some good vegetarian options

I stopped on my way home yesterday thinking I'd get a quick drink to continue a long drive. Sadly service was horrible. The order taker struggled to understand basic English. Was very rude. I ordered oatmilk with my drink due to SEVERE ALLERGIES but I had no clue if he understood me... At the pick up window again the person hardly spoke English and I was spoken to in an Indian language. I was handed my drink and then they closed the window... After driving for a bit I went to take a drink and it was not oatmilk. I hand to quickly spit it out then pull over for half hour to make sure I didn't have a reaction.
Do better. Start hiring people with full knowledge of the English language since the area is primarily English speaking before they kill someone.

This Elmira location sucks. The ice capp was watery, and the latte tasted like old cocoa mixed in lukewarm water.

Apparently they won’t serve water with any orders anymore, unless it’s bottled water.

Frustrating Experience at Tim Hortons

I recently had a disappointing experience at my local Tim Hortons. Despite the ginger ale being prominently featured on their app and menu, I was unable to order it. When I inquired with the window worker, they seemed unaware of the product's unavailability.

This lack of information and communication was frustrating, especially considering the product was still being advertised. The worker's inability to provide a clear explanation or offer alternative solutions further exacerbated the situation.

It's important for Tim Hortons to ensure that their staff is well-informed about menu items and product availability. This would help prevent customer disappointment and improve the overall customer experience.

Service is a absolute joke at this location. People standing in line waiting and one person looking after inside service. 3 people standing around behind the counter just talking and doing absolutely nothing .

Went through the drive thru to order a box of timbits. They said they were all out. When we came out of the drive thru and looked in the windows, we seen they had a ton of timbits. This was the night shift. It's horrible service on the weekends and evenings. They're lazy and unfriendly and have terrible quality of food because even when you do get your food it's wrong or just terrible quality!

I ordered two bagels toasted with cream cheese and coffees. The bagels were day olds . They were hard and the bread came apart. Never again.
