OK, no complaints about the order or food. We ordered steeped tea and a large double double with muffins and all was good. Service was friendly and efficient; beverages were hot, food was pretty good and fresh too. OK, why am I writing a poor review? Washrooms were a disgrace, -filthy! My wife said the same about the ladies, disgusting was the word used. It was unusual because I've been there before several times and never experienced that kind of filth. Maybe there's a new crew on or something but it was 3.30 in the afternoon and it wasn't terribly busy. Somebody could have checked in to see what the washrooms were like.

I have been wanting to leave a review for a few months now after moving back to the area. This Tim’s is great. Had someone buy me a coffee he was in front of me today and thought what better time than now to leave a review. :) Coffee is always fresh. Thank you.
I was reading through the comments and I just read one from yesterday regarding the person who works at the front. If it’s the same lady that serves me often in the mornings during the week on the way to work, she is fantastic. I think her name is Leena. Not sure. I hope the person that left the comment yesterday realizes his defamation of character. I have seen her work with her coworkers many many times and always seems pleasant. Maybe the person that left the review Isn’t the nice one? Very bizarre. I was telling my partner About this Tim’s already a couple months ago, saying how friendly people are. St Jacobs and Elmira Are my two favourite Tim Hortons around. I travel for work so I have been to many money Tim Hortons. Thank you Tim’s here in town for great service ands delicious coffee. :)

I visited Tim Hortons Elmira three times in the last three days, all around 6 AM, and ordered my favourite Boston Cream donut and egg wrap. Honestly, it was the best and freshest food I’ve ever had at any Tim Hortons. Everything tasted super fresh and well made. I would definitely recommend going in the early morning if you want the freshest food. Great experience every time!
This Tim is the closest to my office, and I often visit it, though I must admit I dislike it. The front desk lady seems to have an issue with brown-skinned customers; I’ve observed this at least ten times. She appears friendly and respectful until she notices someone with dark skin, at which point her tone changes. I've also seen her treat her dark-skinned coworkers the same way. It’s disheartening to see this behavior affecting her colleagues. If you're brown-skinned, it might be better to find another Tim where you won't leave feeling uncomfortable after your coffee. Today, I saw her name tag said “Lenna,” so I won’t be returning to this Tim again.
