Sadly, 1 star is the lowest it will allow. Went in for a slice of pepperon at lunch time. Sadly they only had 2 slices of meat lovers and 1 slice of delixe, both looked like they had been sitting under the heat lamps for a couple hours, after fibally getting the attention from the guy in the back after he was done playing on his phone, i asked when pepperoni would be available, he said it will take some time. Inasked if hes planning on making some he said no. So i decided on the meat lovers 5.50 for a single slice. He served the slice to me and it was cold. Then went back to his phone ij the back... I grew up in elmvale, hadnt been back in a while.. the quality from when it was cheezers this this new store, unbelievable. If you want dissappojtment in pizza for high cost, head to this place

Use to go since b2 was originally cheezers pizza, the quality of food is still really good but definitely lost me a bit when I went to go for a quick slice of pizza when passing through town and they no longer sell slices after 2pm so not very convenient however they did make me a full pizza in about 20 minutes.

Been coming here for years. Since I can even remember eating pizza. In fact the owners of ‘cheezers’ throughout the years always took care of me. Sometimes would even throw me two free slices with a bottle of pop because I would come in so much.
While I appreciate the new owners haven’t changed how the pizza is made the flaws are quite present.
-The hours are absolutely wild. -Delivery hours don’t make any sense. -Customer service over the phone is horrible they just hang up once you ordered instead of saying good bye or maybe thank you (for supporting our business) - they erased the small pizza and now charge you medium price for a small pizza so if you are a family ordering a large pizza you are actually getting a medium. - I have ordered the same pizza every time I go and the price has changed every time. They will claim technical issues but it’s just them over charging you. I now ask for an itemized recipe and my price for the exact same pizza ranges from $13-20 dollars which clearly does not make sense. What’s worse it’s it’s been the same girl every time and even after mentioning that maybe there was a mistake multiple times to, then asking for the itemized receipt she still presented excuses.
I am a local boy, I love supporting local, but when your local spot is over charging and making up excuses and not catering to the locals who have kept that business alive, it’s time for someone to call them out.
