A little pricey but BEST Souvlaki in the area. Don't bother going to Collingwood or Wasaga for Greek food you will be disappointed, drive out here instead.

the food is amazing and is my favourite greek place in elmvale, however they are open only four hours a day, and from 2-5 which is a pretty long break and is always the time i’m wanting food. they’re also closed on mondays and sundays, i totally understand the hours are because you guys may not be able to work that long but i would be there everyday if you guys were open more!

Went to Bubs today for the first time and it most definitely won’t be the last! The second you walk in, you notice a very clean and comfortable dining room and open kitchen. The Greek music playing overhead made for a most authentic Greek atmosphere. The owner greeted me, took my order, and proceeded to make the order from scratch. My husband and I ordered 2 Spartan boxes. Rather than wait in the car, I decided to stay in the dining room. The familiarity of it all, it felt like being home with family, waiting for my favourite uncle to make his signature dish. The meals: a solid 10/10! They were delicious! The pork souvlaki was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The fries were excellent! Perfectly fried and salted! The signature rice made with stock was so tasty! The salad - all fresh veggies and melt in your mouth feta. The dressing and tzatziki were also made in-house. And of course, a soft, warmed pita added to complete the already filling meal. My husband and I ate every last bite of our meals and are already planning a date to go back soon. Thank you to the owner for making our first experience at Bubs a very enjoyable one. OPA!
