Only go here for coffee. Bathrooms, Dinning room and especially the outside tables and parking lot are covered in garbage. I couldn’t agree more with many of the other customer reviews and was appalled by many heinous things they experienced. I don’t usually write reviews but I thought I would advise future customers that the place is unkept.

It’s unfortunate to say this is absolutely the most disgusting, dirty worst McDonald’s I’ve been to !
I’ve tried this location several times as I’m at the arena quite often and unfortunately, it is always the same. It is so disgustingly dirty garbage is over Overfilling, bathrooms are horrendous. This place is a joke. !

Showed up just after 9, and they were allready closed.. might want to update your hours online

September 11th I attended the store front to order a coffee as I was on my motorcycle. I made eye contact with 4 of the 6 employees. No one came out to serve me or even acknowledge me. I was the only one in the restaurant. They continued to engage in conversation with each other. After 3 minutes without acknowledgement I left. I don’t write reviews but in this case I thought I would share. A one star is generous considering no one acknowledged me.

A great place to go to with small children after a visit to Elmsvale Zoo

Over the past 5 years or so I have randomly stopped in at this location while passing thru Elmvale. I am not from this area.

It is the most consistently disappointing location I've ever been to. Each time I secretly hope to see some type of improvement but there is none.

From your open sign not being on to the consistent long waits for the simplest orders.

Bathroom and dining room are always disgusting. Muffins look like they've been sitting there for weeks. Flies flying everywhere. Just overall it is a poorly run McDonald's location.

Staff doesn't acknowledge you whatsoever and continues conversations behind the counter as if people are not angrily waiting for their order.

And then when you do get your order 99.9% of the time it is incorrect.

Overall the location just shows that nobody cares. From the top management to the bottom.

I don't like to post negative reviews but nothing seems to change at this location.

Hopefully next time will be a little bit better.

We stopped for breakfast. Ordered 2 Egg McMuffin Combos the morning of August 14th. Came to just over $17 before tax. I also requested 2 slices of cheese for my sandwiches, $5.20!!! So over $25 for breakfast for 2. Two sandwiches, two hashbrowns and two small coffees. The boy who took my order was friendly enough, and also felt this was a mistake. The morning manager was approached and so rudely informed me that was the price regardless of not even glancing at my reciept which i still have. I will never recommend or return to this location.

Service is shaky and and often dirty inside.

Absolutely filthy. Pee on the toilet and tp all on the floor in the washroom. The front counter had coffee or cola stains all over it, one of the machines behind the front counter had ketchup and ice cream literally splashing down the front of it onto the floor, as well as food crumbs stuck to the bottom plate. That is something that easily could have been wiped clean, probably hours prior. I have worked enough fast food jobs to know based on what I saw, that it probably wouldn’t pass inspection if Simcoe Muskoka health popped by to do a surprise visit. On top of this, the manager was standing in the lobby with a broom in her hand, just chatting away with a customer. There was NO cleaning being had. Thank goodness all I got was a coffee.

Typical Macdonald speed of takeout prepare to always park for food. Hot when arrives but prepare. Eating in is okay seats aren't comfortable and feels tight with space. Nothing crazy. But good if you are looking for typical Macdonald

I got to McDonald more than I would like to admit. I get it for the kids. I get it for ease of dinner. But I have complaints. Don't customize anything, the second you add extra pickles add 20 mins.. or just order a large sugar free late it will be 20 min no fail. The order boards.. why are they always out of paper? OK. I have to live with it. Fine but I don't like it. But I keep going there. I keep ordering. It's easy. Eat. Do something else. Get it over with.
