Very incompetent. Placed an order at 3:45, pickup at 6:45. Arrived and the order hadn’t even been taken out of the printer. Very frustrating as I specifically ordered ahead in order to have it for a party and ended up having to wait an hour past when it was supposed to be ready. Very disappointed, will never be ordering from here again

We always place our order online for pickup. They do not deliver to our part of Tiny. We are notified when our order is ready by text. The last 3-4 orders have not been even started when we get there and we have to wait at least 20 minutes. We have been missing curds on our poutine.They are very understaffed. Now we check everything.

The place is dusty. And food on the shelves is expired. The person who runs the gas station is the person who runs the pizza pizza. I've gone here 3 times in the past year, there's definitely need for an update or extra staff. The person who's helped me twice seems nice enough, very sweet woman, but she's often on her phone talking while helping customers, and it makes it hard to communicate. The food at the pizza pizza has been good, but recently, we got a hunk of raw dough in our Stromboli. Great for on the go, but check the labels and get a slice of pizza instead of anything else.

Do not buy anything from them they are not sanitary with their procedures of making your food they do not wash their hands they run the gas station business and the pizza business at the same time and they handle the other customers and the pizza with the same time do not wash your hands when they touch the door to register the money and he touch your pizza it's gross I called him out on it and he got flustered very quick didn't know what to say and if you don't believe me tell him to pull the camera footage between 10:30 and 11:30 December 19th in the morning this is 100% fax I contacted my card services to get back my money I will never buy anything from them just fill up my gas and go very disgusting and the place smells like poop go inside and take a smile for yourself the health inspector needs to drop in and expect their procedures ASAP it's very disgusting they need to be trained better on on how to handle food
