I ordered take-out and the gentleman was very polite. I had chicken tenders and fries which were awesome and a decent portion. Definitely ordering more from here.

We have been to Rumis a few times in the past and have always enjoyed their excellent food. However today our visit was disappointing. The food was excellent (as usual) but the server seemed to have had no training in the menu options. She did not seem to recognize what we had ordered and when we received our order it included an extra side of fries (not ordered) when in fact the one of us asked specifically asked NOT to include fries in our order. It seemed futile to complain so we left with 2 boxes of left over fries. Not sure if we will return any time soon.

Fantastic menu selection, there were 20 of us, each had a different dish and everyone was satisfied. Portions are decent/large and presentation is fantastic.

Very surprised by this place. When we first walked in the hallway smells funky and the restaurant is bare bones but very clean.
The menu is huge and very diverse. I had the chicken and shrimp pad Thai and was blown away. Large portion and a lot of meat. Priced reasonable will be coming back for more

If you are looking for a lengthy menu with endless options, generous portions with enough to share and doggy bags to take home, this is the place. The reviews about a particular server are absolutely correct, but we were so hungry we overlooked any issues. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals even though 2 of our 5 meals were incorrect because orders were taken by memory and not recorded. The food tasted so good and everyone else at the other tables seemed happy and satisfied too and were commenting on how much they liked it. Amazing looking deserts sat in the display case because nobody had any room left to eat them. I am giving 5 stars because I support local places with fantastic food even though our service was a bit quirky. Will definitely bring the gang back to Rumis on my next trip up north.

The butter chicken tasted like it came from a can. The tai dish drenched in a sweet sauce from a bottle. Stick with the usual fried food.

Service. Very poor. Angry rude server. Huge language barrier. Slammed both the drink and desert menus on our table because we could not understand him. He ruined the experience. He did it to everyone around us as well.
