Showed at 805am friday aug 22. Opened at 8. Went through drive through. Was excited there was a drive through. No answer. Walked in. 1 guy playing on his phone behind the counter. Meats and toppings still in containers on a shelf with wheels. Looked at me. Didn't say anything. Slowly started putting things away. This is set up that should be done BEFORE THE STORE OPENS lol. Then asked what I want. Now 810am. I'm in a hurry. I tell him. He says oven won't be ready for 20 mins but can make me a cold sandwich. Terrible service. Why wasn't this done before. He can play oj phone but not set up? Waste of my time. Find people who want to work there.

Stopped here along the way. Staff makes you feel like an inconvenience. They drag their feet, and even then can’t prepare a half‑decent sandwich.
Ordered two footlongs, one with veggie patty. The patty was frozen fine, if it’s heated properly. Instead, they thawed it twice, never letting the timer finish, then toasted it with the bread… and it still came out hard and frozen in the middle.
Lettuce was dry and nearly black. Asked for “a little” dressing got it drowned instead.
What good is a Subway that, despite being toasted and “cooked” twice, still serves a frozen patty? If staff can’t pay attention to something this basic, it’s absolutely pathetic.
The place looks new, but probably only because no one visits… and after this, I can see why.

Just ordered a sub from here - BEST sub I've ever had in my life! I read the other reviews about people complaining that it takes too long, but in return, you're getting a properly made sub that is PACKED with ingredients! Totally worth the wait for the way a proper sub should be made!!

I am vegetarian and Pratik was very mindful of that without me even saying a thing! Changing his gloves and cleaning his hands and his station many times in between touching meat. Even if I wasn't vegetarian, he is very mindful of keeping his station VERY clean, not leaving a crumb between each customer food order. He is also very kind! Reason why I am giving 5 stars across every board! Definitely the best subway out there that I’ve ever been to! Well done?

Came in on June 29th in the evening and it was the absolutely worst customer service I've experienced at ANY subway. Not only to myself but to the customers ahead of me aswell. Great way to lose business at a newer location.

The service at this specific subway was TERRIBLE usually at Subway I experience a nice and calm experience. But many of the employees working were rather aggressive to me. And he was VERY unsanitary while making our sandwiches. If you can I would recommend going to a different subway because this one is not my pick.
