I am vegetarian and Pratik was very mindful of that without me even saying a thing! Changing his gloves and cleaning his hands and his station many times in between touching meat. Even if I wasn't vegetarian, he is very mindful of keeping his station VERY clean, not leaving a crumb between each customer food order. He is also very kind! Reason why I am giving 5 stars across every board! Definitely the best subway out there that I’ve ever been to! Well done?

Came in on June 29th in the evening and it was the absolutely worst customer service I've experienced at ANY subway. Not only to myself but to the customers ahead of me aswell. Great way to lose business at a newer location.
The service at this specific subway was TERRIBLE usually at Subway I experience a nice and calm experience. But many of the employees working were rather aggressive to me. And he was VERY unsanitary while making our sandwiches. If you can I would recommend going to a different subway because this one is not my pick.

Close and put the people out of there misery. Slowest most incompetent subway in Ontario, useless drive thru where you wait 20 minutes for a sandwich. Do not go here.

The online ordering app and google both said the store was open for another hour and 15 minutes when I placed my order. The money came out of my account, app said order was successfully place but when my husband drove up 20 minutes later they were closed with the lights off but someone was inside. I called and he said it's impossible that I placed an order because their system is turned off, he then told me I would get my money back 72 hours later when the system adjusts for incomplete orders.
Last two times we were in there to get subs the lettuce was rotten and brown. When I asked for new lettuce the server said that’s all they have and that their boss told them it was fine. You cannot serve brown lettuce as it will make you sick and the management does not seem to care. The gentleman making the sub was polite and understood why we cancelled our orders

This subway sub store in Elmvale is the worst I mean the worst subway store that I ever ordered from . First I get up to drive through and employee said just one min please, that was the only best part of this story. Looked at my clock in my car and after 6 minutes I think he forgot me. NO I said on speaker hello he comes on and says sorry one minute I said it’s been 6 minutes already. So I had to wait and wait and wait finally after 9 minutes waiting to place my orders, I placed my order only 1 sub just me for dinner so as I said to him Canadian club then I went to say the toppings and he says ok just a minute he said he’s just starting my sub with the meat so another minute then he asks what toppings would you like so I said green olives, onions, and sub sauce, salt and pepper. So I said all of them really isn’t a lot being in that profession he should be able to remember 2 toppings and only 2 I mean easy to remember sub sauce and salt and pepper. So I had to say my toppings and only one at a time lol lol I thought I was on some sort of tv reality show lol. Sorry you would think of the same thing that I was thinking. So finally he says pull up please so I do and he is still working on my sub. Just as I’m going to tap my interact to pay for it and a customer that was behind me also waiting. This guy was let’s say a little pissed ya right and way he reset my bill and then I could use debit card to pay for one sub. I wasn’t thinking right because of the service I was getting sucked I just wanted gone from here. So I get home with my sub take out of bag and napkins and the bill was there so I looked and holy cow he charged me for a combo. I didn’t ask for combo because I have pop at my house. So here we go again having to deal with him again, I said to myself i shouldn’t of been treated like that and being charged for a combo that I didn’t ask for. Anyway I wasn’t going to write a review but when I tell friends about my situation they where the ones that said by doing this you are warning other customers that want to grab a sub just be ready to wait for your sub like quite a few minutes and hope you don’t have to order 2 or 3 subs lol call and tell the wife your going to be a hour or so, she says excuse me so I explained to her and she also said warn others if there not in a hurry then you will be ok to wait the hour. I’m sorry being so blunt about this matter but when this happens for the second time going there and thinking he may of had a bad day but no he’s fine just not good at his job. That was about 3 weeks ago and friends finally got me to write this for others. So like I said if you don’t mind waiting for your sub at least 10 to 15 minutes then you will B ok then but if you order more then one sub I’d say 20 minutes and longer. I hope this helps others. I just looked again at there reviews and lol I wasn’t surprised at how many customers had the same problem as me except I was over charged for my one sub.
