Ordered the pretzels (said to be world famous). They were not good at all. We had intentions on trying the poutine and pizza but were disappointed so we went to a different restaurant. There needs to be quality control before food is sent out to tables as they were over cooked. By the time someone came to the table check in we were almost done.

Visited brewery with friends after Christmas shopping and to see a band playing. We have been several times, the atmosphere is nice and beer is good. Food this time was sub par at best. The chicken wings were dry and fries tasted like frozen oven fries and the chicken and waffles were terrible. Chicken was way over cooked. It crumbled apart when I cut into it and the waffles were also very dry. Absolutely not worth $30+. Not to mention the server didnt bring us the bill so we could review it. Just brought us the debit machine for us to pay up.

I've enjoyed heading to Elora Brewing many times in the past. Great staff and pretty solid food and beer. Unfortunately, the Chairman and CEO now appears to be a supporter of the residential school denialist movement. I'm all for folks having different politics, but that's too awful a position for me to want to support with my business going forward.

We had a bad experience during our visit in October. Our group of 4 dined there on the night of the Halloween parade and while arguably the place was a bit busier than it might be on other nights, there is no excuse for the terrible service. First of all, it looked like children were running the place without an adult in sight. We waited to place our drink order. Waited even longer to get our drinks. Waited again to order food. When the food came, everything was cold and we had no plates or cutlery. My husband and I ordered the fajitas. They were cold and the toppings were barely enough for 2 helpings. I'm not sure how they expected us to eat fajitas without plates. We had to go chasing down our waitress to get cutlery and plates, and wait again while are food kept getting colder. It was just a brutal, disappointing experience.

Very disappointed today Ordered the margarita pizza for 19.99 to share between 4 of us amd some Pieces were burnt- I mean black While they did reduce the price when I told them which was nice !! it was not a tasty pizza and told the server why would they serve it when its burnt ?

The food and beer were very delicious. However, the food was overpriced and the service was terrible. After getting seated it took over 30 minutes for someone to come and greet us so we could get water. The waitress was nice, and it was busy, but their front end of house needs serious work. Altogether it took us 2 hours total to get apps and 1 round of beer. At some point you want to leave but you stay because of sunken cost fallacy.
