The Mill itself is stunning, decor was beautiful and we had a lovely table by the window. We chose to have the Celebration chef's choice menu with wine pairings. The food was all very good. I did have duck for my main though and it was only warm when it was served. The sommelier was to explain the wine with each course. She did come to our table 3 times but there were also 2 other wines we were served that she never explained to us. We loved the Mill but probably wouldn't...
We had the Mill burger, oysters in the shell , lettuce wedge with blue cheese and everything was delicious!! The bread they serve at the table was cake like and delicious too. It's a little pricey but the view of the gorge and the food quality makes up for it.
Had the chief's tastes surprise 3course meal. From 2 apps, entree and dessert, each dish was absolutely mouthwatering, delicious. Highly recommended. Also had butternut soup and mushroom pasta, fabulous.
