Almost had a 1 star but the manager here is so nice and easy to deal with. Went to get multiple drinks through drive through and the person taking the orders didn't take the whole order and when we tried to talk to them at the window they still wouldn't listen. Finally asked to talk to the manager and he corrected the issue fast and was awesome.

I recently visited your location to purchase BTS toys and also ordered food, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. While one of your team members was looking at the BTS toys, another staff member made an extremely rude comment to her in Hindi, saying “vo baarh main gyea,” along with other inappropriate words. I understood the language very well, and it was unprofessional and disrespectful to hear such remarks being made in front of customers.
In addition, I was not provided with a straw for my drink. It also appeared that customers at the counter were not being given proper attention, even though the drive-through was not particularly busy at the time.
As a customer, this experience was upsetting and left a very poor impression. Respectful behavior and proper service should always be a priority. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and addressed so that future customers do not face the same disappointment.

Every time I order at the window, I have to check my order because they either forget something or give me the wrong item. This morning I ordered breakfast burritos and they forgot the salsa even tho I reminded them , I also ordered the ultimate Mc griddle, bacon and sausage, they gave me an English Muffin. I realized it only when I got home. Every time they screw something up. How hard is it to put the items that is written on the screen in a bag or a tray.. I don't understand how you can screw up so bad at something you have been trained to do..... Zero stars and lots of disappointment..

How can a McDonald’s not have soda in the bathroom . That means nobody washes their hands . Then you have to eat. . Good thing the guy was out emptying the garbages in the parking lot so I could throw up in disgust!!!!

Quick pit stop McD location in Elora. Just opened November 2024 so the digs are new. Hits the spot for that McD craving on a road trip. Friendly staff. Albeit a bit slow on filling mobile orders. No self serve drink machine either limiting free refills.
