I wish I could give them a better rate because I loved the old European vibes of this restaurant/pub. I was reading reviews and I maybe had the bad luck of not having had the best experience. I ordered a soup and it was pretty big so my boyfriend and I wanted to share it so the server said I will bring another spoon, we kept waiting for the spoon it never came so we just shared the same spoon. The drink was with refill and we had to stand up to ask for the refill since nobody checked on us, my dish came wrong but it was fine with me to wait because we weren't in a rush, and then it came wrong again I felt bad bothering with the same matter for the second time but that was notwhat I ordered so I told the second server to not bother our server since I saw her eating at the bar station. In the end I ate alone because my boyfriend had already finished a long time ago. The patty was tasty, the soup was ok but a big portion for the price. The fish was not good, it was clearly frozen from the supermarket, the servers were friendly but they were too busy to check on us. The stars are for the size of the portions, the decoration and the choices for veggies.

The host/doorman was super kind! Definitely an amazing way to start off the dining experience. The food was super yummy too! We were left a little wanting by our server as she didn’t pre-clear or check up on us as often and we had to wait a bit for the bill. Other than that, my partner and I really enjoyed ourselves!

First of all, our waitress was amazing. The margaritas were the best margaritas I've had in ages. I ordered the shepherd's pie and I was not disappointed. It was delicious. My husband ordered the codfather sandwich, the cod was fresh, it was battered and fried to perfection. Next time I'll ask to have the slaw on the side as the sandwich became soggy towards the end. They have a great selection of beers on tap!

As one of English heritage, this Pub delivers. Savannah explained the food prep process and I can confirm she abides by the 2-step Guinness pour ritual. Warming atmosphere and great patron service. The fish & chips is a delicious cod fish with a light beer batter. Do not skip this experience — and ask for Savannah as your server!
