I’ve ordered online from phone app, ordered 2 sandwiches and both were so hard, even I’ve mentioned the proper pickup time. They have made the sandwiches like 2 hours before. I’ve a short break on my work so expected the sandwich to be good, but it was the worst experience ever.

I ordered a tuna salad bowl, I got the bowl but mostly just that... the bowl. The portion size was pathetic and then Ibwas charged over $10! That's why I assigned 2 stars, can't rate the food if there is hardly any to rate!

We were so pleased with the service and food at this location. We ordered a platter online for pick up the next day and all of our requests were accommodated. The sandwiches were fresh and thoroughly enjoyed by our group.

I started to love Subway months ago and always look for it where I go. I have to say the food is great as it is franchised, but services are varied. At this one, when I asked to pack the halves individually as I learned from another Subway, the packaging skills and quality went down as he was never requested or trained to do so. BTW, the sandwiches we got are skinny not packed enough with veggies. I wonder how this is done to help franchisees succeed. Anyway, I will still look for Subway on the next trip, and hope the services will match the food quality.

Trainee made the worst sub I’ve ever been given had tiny bit or meat the smallest bit of everything literally smallest sub I’ve ever gotten and I get the same thing every time will not being going back if you’re gonna train someone train them right.
