Oh man I loved this place! My husband and I came for Eloralicious while we were in town for the weekend, and from start to finish we had an amazing experience. Our waiter, Terry(?), was AMAZING! He recommended great drinks for us, and the best dishes and overall was the right combo of friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The French onion soup was a highlight for me, but the surf and turf was EXCEPTIONAL! My husband loved his burger, and it is apparently the best burger in Elora, as rated in a local competition. The star of the show though, was the crème brûlée! It was one of the best we’ve had in our lives! We will definitely be back when we come back to visit!

Food was hit or miss, definitely overpriced, atmosphere was not my vibe at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful though!

Had the worst dining experience here. Not even mentioning the onion soup was the worst one I’ve ever had and gave me a horrible stomach ache afterwards. You can tell that ingredients were not fresh at all. We went there as a group but no one was happy with what they have ordered.

We had a lovely birthday celebration at this hidden gem in the beautiful town of Elora. Would highly recommend that you dine at this fabulous restaurant. The fondue for 2 last night was delicious....only available on Monday nights. It was so good! Thanks for the great service. Cheers!

My partner and I just got engaged 30min before going for lunch. Harry was our bartender and server and he was so peronable and kind. We ordered his "New old Fashion" and it was absolutely amazing. We followed that with Escargot and that was the best I've ever tasted. What a fabulous place, both chef and bartender! Thank you for making our special day even more special!

Excellent food. Their house salad is the tastiest and freshest salad I've had in a long time. Also their burger is delicious. You can tell that they use high quality farm fresh ingredients. My wife had the rice bowl and it was super tasty as well. Highly recommended spot in Elora, Ontario.

Fresh ingredients, amazing menu and excellent service from Harry. The Evelyn is my favourite restaurant in Elora and my go-to. They have created a really welcoming and cozy environment and I will keep coming back.

Yesterday we have dined at Evelyn’s not the first time. The food is excellent as always but the portion size is miniscule. The main dishes are the size of the appetizer. I had very little risotto with 3 tiny scallops for 38.00. My husband 45.00 steak was very small with 2 shrimps. Very disappointing, we don’t mind the price but the portions of the main dish should really be adequate to the price. Excellent service.

The Evelyn used to be out of this world back in 2018. Since that chef moved, the plates have become bland and the restaurant hasn't managed to find the same elevation/distinction to making the food truly special. We made an effort to try 6 plates just to confirm - 2/6 dishes were there, the others weren't. Service was borderline rude when brought to attention one plate was lacking seasoning. Won't be going back.
