My table of 4 waited 1.5 hours for food in Oct. We watched another table leave as we were entering because their food was taking so long. It seemed like the kitchen and the bartenders/where you order don't talk to each other. They offered 50% discount to help the situation but even after 1.5 hours only 1/2 our food showed up. The other good reviews are surprising - the night we went seemed like it was the first night open it was so disorganized. Hoping it was an off night but can't say we'll be back any time soon.

I waited inside for 10 minutes for my friend to arrive. Not a person in sight. When my friend arrived, we continued to wait, another 5 minutes. There was a computer, a drink, a phone, a purse, and other personal items around indicating people were there, but no staff appeared. We even phoned the restaurant from inside the restaurant, and heard the phone ringing. No answer. We walked around calling “hello?” with no response. We left.

Dreadful Experience! Customer service was terrible. Nobody served us even a glass of water even after food was served and we had to ask for the water. After asking for a pitcher or jug so that we can refill the water as needed, they just came to refill once and that too after ages. We had ordered samosa chat and platter #1. They had told us that platter would be enough for one person but it wasn’t enough for one person even especially if you are planning to have a meal (lunch or dinner). I understand that it is a bar but with such a hefty price for platter, I would expect better taste, quantity and service. Samosas were cold in samosa chat. Cutlery wasn’t clean, had to wipe it to clean. Had way better Indian food with much cheaper prices and have never seen such a little quantity. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is looking to eat Indian food. Didn’t try any drinks so can’t comment on that.
