I have a mixed review. My latté here last night was excellent but we were very disappointed in what we witnessed.
At 10:36 last night, 24 minutes before closing, one employee dumped 4 full trays of donuts, bagels and timbits into a garbage can. Couldn't they have gotten boxed up and sold the next morning for half price, as day-olds? Or give them to some young parents who are struggling to feed their family?
I've noticed that every local Tim Hortons has remodeled their interior, in the last 5 years. They keep raising their prices while wasting large amounts of their resources. Why not sell donuts for $1 each, and a large coffee for $1.50? And pay your workers well enough that most of them stay at one location for 10+ years, rather than so many new employees who can barely speak English! My advice to all other customers: find a local family-owned bakery and support them. These large greedy fast food corporations don't need your hard earned money, they're just looking for ways to waste it needlessly.

This is one of the nicest Tim Hortons locations that I've ever been too. Very friendly staff and service is quick. One of the girls in particular, Juliette, is especially great - she makes a really good cappuccino! Highly recommended!

I ordered a maple dip donut and on the machine they said they had it in stock and we waited for an hour and forty five minutes for the donut to arrive on the counter and when we finally got up to ask about the donut it turns out they didn’t have it in stock and ignored our order because of it. There were several other people who had the same experience and we witnessed 10 other people from the drive thru who had their orders wrong when we left there were around 5 workers in the parking lot smoking weed they threatened us with a paper straw if we complained 0/10 never come here or die
I come here twice a year as it’s the only Tims on our way to our trailer and not once have they got my order correct. I specifically asked for it stirred well and spoke very clearly but got interrupted lol
Please do better. This crap gives good Tim Hortons a really bad name

I love coming to this Tim Hortons! The place is always super clean, and their coffee is fresh every single time. The food is always tasty and feels really fresh too. The service is fast, friendly, and spot on. I also want to give a shoutout to Anmol she’s always so sweet and makes the visit even better with her smile and helpful attitude. Honestly, this is my go-to spot for good coffee, fresh food, and great service.
