Super disappointed with Boston Pizza Embrun. Ordered a chicken sandwich last night and after the first bite realized it wasn’t cooked. I will say Mgt acted quickly and replaced it but I was surprised that we were charged full price after losing my appetite. I was sick all night!! Waiter said this isn’t the first time this has happened. We are regulars but certainly won’t be going back any time soon.
