Went in today, early afternoon, just a few tables. Our waitress gave us our drinks and then disappeared. We waited, other tables were sat and orders taken by other wait staff but our waitress didn’t come back. We tried flagging other wait staff down but one just walked right by me. Eventually, over a half hour later, I got someone’s attention but by then my daughter was too upset

Very impressed with the service I received at the Boston Pizza in Embrum! I found a small hair in my Mac and cheese and not only did they replace my meal with anything of my choosing but they also didn't charge me for anything but my drink! Overall great experience :)

I usually go to the one in Orleans and made the mistake this this one would have the same quality. Beers are about 4-5$ more at this location, the food was terrible. I ordered a a sausage Penne. Not sure how you can mess something up. It's too basic, the atmosphere is a great representation of how bad the quality of this dive bar looking place is. This place needs to either shut down or go under better management.
As for the servers. They deserve a much better quality of work.
Save your money and go to any other location but this one. Epic rip off

Had to re do my rating here. Now everytime you pick up food, it's cold, soggy, and they always forget your dips. I've had enough with this location. I always tip really well, and this time was the last straw. I do not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever. Parking is a nightmare, service is always slow, and again, they always forget something. Even if it's dine in they always miss something. I've gives plenty of chances to this place, never again.

If your hungry and want to eat good tasting food and drinks this is the place to go . Boston Pizza also has good promotions, and a birthday treat for you on your birthday every year I dont miss a chance when I go out I make sure I go to that restaurant 😉.

We had to wait 5 minutes before someone met us at the door for the seating. Once seated, our server was great. We ordered pop on tap...it was flat. Seems its common, since the last time I went about 2 years ago, it was the same issue. We were offered cans to replace it but if i would have known we would have been charged $3 a can i would have declined. It also suppose to be free refill but obviously it was not happening. We got our appetizer: spinach and artichoke dip...oh my goodness its the best one ive tasted ever! We were not even done with our appetizer that our mains were brought at the table. Wayyyy too fast in my opinion. Our main plates were wrong, they brought us fettucini alfredo when we ordered spinach and mushroom bake. They took it back and we waited 8 more minutes to get the right plates. Server was really nice, throughout all this. Dessert was super yummy.

Dining in has always been excellent. Delivery is often quite poor. Waited 90 minutes for my order and the delivery guy said it wasn't his problem when I told him about it.
