The manager that worked last night really needs some more training in customer service. I called the restaurant to see if they would have room for my family last night, the manager approved it and said it would be a 10-15 minute wait for the table upon arrival which was fine but when we arrived the hostess informed up it would be a little longer again not to big of a deal then she had the manager come over to help her find us a table. This is where the issue occurred, he told her “just sit all the 2,4 &6 people groups they can wait as long as it takes. We stood there with 5 children for 30 minutes before he said this and in that time had 2 lines of people behind us gone and still never seated. As someone who has worked in this field this was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Ordered the Italian Deli pizza and it had very little cheese and tasted like frozen pizza. Are the pizzas or crust frozen? Service was ok.

We were seated and the servers immediately forgot about us. Sat there like a tombstone before anyone came by. I ordered the fish tacos and they were incredibly skimpy on the fish. It was pretty much 1 fish stick cut up to make 3 tacos and were 90% slaw. Servers never came by once after the food was served.

The staff is always very nice. I've never had an issue with our order. We've been going periodically for 5 years. Family of 6 here so the odds of messing up an oder or dissatifying one of us is fairly high. No complaints with BP Embrun.

Went in today, early afternoon, just a few tables. Our waitress gave us our drinks and then disappeared. We waited, other tables were sat and orders taken by other wait staff but our waitress didn’t come back. We tried flagging other wait staff down but one just walked right by me. Eventually, over a half hour later, I got someone’s attention but by then my daughter was too upset

Very impressed with the service I received at the Boston Pizza in Embrum! I found a small hair in my Mac and cheese and not only did they replace my meal with anything of my choosing but they also didn't charge me for anything but my drink! Overall great experience :)
