Just called to confirm hours as several times when I have went by past 10pm they have closed early despite claiming to be open until 12am. Upon asking them to confirm what time they were closing tonight the lady said we close at ten then abruptly hung up the phone. Very rude considering your hours seem to change frequently and online cannot be trusted for accuracy. Won't be going back.

My sister, Amanda Macklem, and I had the best time celebrating New Year’s Day at the Embrun Boston Pizza. We were served the coldest beers and the most delicious baby Guinness by Sophie. 10/10 would recommend

I ate at this location on a Friday night. Had the fish tacos which I have ordered in multiple occasions. They were supposed to be Cajun dusted pan fried haddock…. But what I had were bland, soggy fish sticks cut into strips. It literally tasted like cat food. I’m so disappointed. I’m brought this up with my server who acknowledged that recipes should be consistent, and she would talk to the chef. Didn’t offer to do anything to make it better. That with cold undercooked chicken wings as an appetizer all for $120 (with another entre for my son) sealed the deal for me: I’m never eating there again. So sick of getting subpar food for premium prices. You want to eat cat food at an overpriced restaurant? Boston Pizza in Embrun is the place to go

We went for supper. My husband had spaghetti which was fine. I unfortunately ordered the fish and chips. The chips were fine, The fish was another story. The coating on the fish was not cooked properly and uneatible. We will not be going back.

Boston Pizza is hands-down our favourite local restaurant, and that’s largely because of Milad, the best manager around! He’s always there to greet us with a big smile, crack a few jokes, and make every visit feel special. The staff are all great, the service is always top-notch, and the atmosphere is amazing — friendly, lively, and welcoming every time. Our son always says Boston Pizza is his favourite restaurant, not just for the food (which is always great!) but because of Milad. He truly goes above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. Highly recommend this location — great food, great vibes, and an incredible manager who makes all the difference!

It’s fairly small, we had no wait because we had a reservation. However there are a few complaints; firstly food was okay, the burger was so greasy it was dripping down the arms of the person who ordered, and most of the other food was bland. Secondly, the washrooms were disgusting, the women’s only had one stall that worked properly, the garbage was overflowing, etc. And thirdly, the manager was hovering over us to try to rush us out and when we walked in he was rude to the hostess when she asked him a question. You won’t catch me going to this location again.

The place was PACKED! We were told it was a 10-15 minute wait as they were at capacity, we were sat within 8 minutes. Our waitress remembered all 4 drinks and all 4 food items without writing them down (I was very impressed) the food was delicious and even on a packed Friday night with a blue jays game on, we were in and out (including the ‘waitlist’) in an hour. The manager/owner was running around doing refills, helping waiters and making customers happy. We will be back.

The manager that worked last night really needs some more training in customer service. I called the restaurant to see if they would have room for my family last night, the manager approved it and said it would be a 10-15 minute wait for the table upon arrival which was fine but when we arrived the hostess informed up it would be a little longer again not to big of a deal then she had the manager come over to help her find us a table. This is where the issue occurred, he told her “just sit all the 2,4 &6 people groups they can wait as long as it takes. We stood there with 5 children for 30 minutes before he said this and in that time had 2 lines of people behind us gone and still never seated. As someone who has worked in this field this was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
