We went for our son's fifth birthday. This was also our first special occasion out to a restaurant since both my son and I received Celiac diagnosis. I called ahead and asked about cross contamination in the kitchen. The person on the phone was super helpful and honest. She explained that they could not guarantee no cross contamination but if let the server know that we are ordering Gluten Wise due to Celiac disease then the kitchen staff treats it like an allergy and prepare the food very carefully. Our son had been asking to go to a restaurant and have pasta for his birthday for over a week so we decided to try it.The staff was amazing when we got there. Our server walked us through the Gluten Wise menu and explained why some items could not be prepared gf. They even brought out a gluten free cake (that I had provided) and 5 or 6 staff sang a birthday song for our little guy. It was his first time having this experience it was so exciting for him.I purposely waited a few days before writing this review to see if either of us had any reaction. The restaurant did a great job of keeping us safe. Can't wait to go back. Thank you for an amazing experience.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Wise menu offers some great choices and the staff treats your request seriously if you tell them you have Celiac disease.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap ♿️ parking is available at the entrance to the mall. The elevator is available to get to the second floor where the restaurant is located. Wheelchair accessible stalls are in the washrooms on the second floor. The washrooms aren't really set up well. They are part of the mall's responsibility, not the restaurant.The restaurant has a variety of seating options. No issues removing chairs, so a wheelchair can be placed in the spot.

I work at Boston Pizza and I love the atmosphere

Seated immediately, however no clean booths so watched as a manager cleaned a table. Then waited at our table for over 30 minutes and not even acknowledged until we waved someone down. Finally got service and since the long wait we already knew what we wanted to eat and drink. Food arrived, our pizza was room temp, my son's pizza was hot. Diet pepsi was flat with no carbonation. Pepsi was better but not a true pepsi taste, if you know what I mean. Lol Overall 2 out of 5. - I normally love Boston pizza. Just apparently this one lacks compare to others.

It seems a little tight inside, like there's less room to move. I know it used to be a different retaurant before it was a Boston Pizza. Theres nothing wrong with the staff or food here, its just feels a little cramped.
Loved the food, service was great and the price. Went for lunch on Jan 21st with a friend, and there were quite a few fruit flies all around us while we were eating. Some were dead in the vinegar container. As much as the food was good, I do not want to share lunch with these little flies.
