Colonel's City Pizza

I can't comment on the atmosphere as I've never eaten at the restaurant and only ever ordered in.

The food is always delicious and we really enjoy it. But consistently now for the past several times we have ordered it takes 1.5 to 2 hours to receive the food. Surprisingly it is still warm when we get it so it doesn't seem to be a delivery driver issue so much as the order takes a long time to even get fulfilled in the first place.

It has been frustrating and at this point is making us consider ordering from elsewhere because it seems like it is impossible to receive our food within a reasonable window of time. Shame because like I said, it's always good.

I ordered a large meat lover pizza through internet, but ended up with a small meat lover and a large cheese pizza. The pizza is awful.

This is an interesting place.. The owners have moved a few times over the last few years, but the food has always stayed good.

We usually get the mixed Shawarma platter for two as it provides a ton of food for a decent price. That said, the pizza and burgers here are also very good.

We really like the Shawarma as the meat has a great flavour (sometimes it is the Gyro beef rather than just regular beef. but it is all really good). Well seasoned and the portions are amazing. The garlic potatoes actually taste like garlic potatoes and the garlic sauce has a very strong garlic flavour. The platter for two, usually provides enough for 2-3 meals for two people.

I happily recommend this place for a good meal. The pizza is well made, the shawarma is amazing and all the other options are equally as good.

Ate there twice. The owner is very nice and a humble guy. Price is decent. And the food quality is good. Sizes are perfect if you are hungry. No complaints at all.

I like the food and I think the it’s fairly priced for how expensive everything is these days. I’d return for sure.

Owner is very disrespectful. No issues with the food or other staff but had issues with the owner's service and how he conducts his business

Bad pizza. Pepperoni is garbage.bacon bits are garbage. cheese is garbage. Toppings were raw under the cheese. Don't go here.

Got a large Donair, friend cheese curds a d ongion rings. Portion size was amazing, price was good and to food reheated well.

Don't know if i would call that a "pizza". The sauce was from a "Primo" can. Everyone's taste is different, but that brand has no quality for pizza.Anyhow, I was told that the pizza would be delivered in 10-15 mins. The delivery lady calls me @ 3.55 asking again for my address. My son was hungry, since I waited for 1 hour to deliver, I just didn't want my son to be upset...no one told me that the delivery starts @ 4pm(the delivery lady told me when she called), and whoever took my order tried to lie and bring up many excuses. The pizza needs 50 mins to get ready and this, and that....at least do not make people angrier than they actually are. Try to lie doesn't help....those pizzas should have been free, but I am very confident that you know Nothing about customer service.And please, DO NOT LIE.

We ordered submarines and it was cold when delivery arrived! None of the employees spoke French… really… we are in a Franco-Ontarian region
