No hot dogs... which seems odd to me as, that's what I thought DQ did. I was famished, got a small Mushroom burger to go. Wore half of it on the way to an event. Reached into the bag, and,
you guessed it, no napkins.

Terrible service tonight. The girl working the drive-thru window was completely miserable.. No smile, no courtesy, barely any words just a blank stare and a “here you go.” Definitely not someone who should be in customer service.

Picked up my son’s cake tonight Minecraft theme. This is absolutely incredible and beyond what I was expecting! The cake decorator also included a hand written card for my son! Extremely pleased and had one happy 7yr old!!!

Really friendly staff, clean and tidy. Way better food than some other fast food places for similar prices. I think people forget about DQ for food, but it’s so much better than the clown or the king and costs about the same.
Parking: It’s Embrun. There’s no problem parking at any time.

Ordered a custom cake from them. The cake decorator was so lovely, she showed us alot of examples, her work turned out great! She even hand wrote a beautiful birthday card. Overall great customer service 10/10 recommend

Tonight we were served by Owen at the Embrun branch and let me tell you that he gives an amazing service! Friendly, smiling and went above and beyond to get our orders perfect. We need more Owen's everywhere!

The cashier and the girl decorating the cakes today were great! We get their names but they were kind wrote exactly what we wanted on the cake with no wait at all :)
