Picked up my son’s cake tonight Minecraft theme. This is absolutely incredible and beyond what I was expecting! The cake decorator also included a hand written card for my son! Extremely pleased and had one happy 7yr old!!!

Really friendly staff, clean and tidy. Way better food than some other fast food places for similar prices. I think people forget about DQ for food, but it’s so much better than the clown or the king and costs about the same.

Parking: It’s Embrun. There’s no problem parking at any time.

Super friendly staff, not expensive at all and the food was really good, only the fries were not as great as normal. Would strongly recommend, bettet than other fast food restaurants in my opinion.

Ordered a custom cake from them. The cake decorator was so lovely, she showed us alot of examples, her work turned out great! She even hand wrote a beautiful birthday card. Overall great customer service 10/10 recommend

Tonight we were served by Owen at the Embrun branch and let me tell you that he gives an amazing service! Friendly, smiling and went above and beyond to get our orders perfect. We need more Owen's everywhere!

The cashier and the girl decorating the cakes today were great! We get their names but they were kind wrote exactly what we wanted on the cake with no wait at all :)

Staff is always friendly, orders are always made correctly. Too bad Dairy Queen doesnt have some sort of recycling for all the one time use plastic containers and spoons...there's a whole lot going to the landfill

Extremely poor management. Leave there staff extremely understaffed during peak times. Obviously unaware of the many ways it affects the business. Missed opportunities. Frontline staff are very friendly.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. My pregnancy craving was a sprinkle dipped cone which apparently doesn't exist anymore, so a worker made it for me anyway. We also recently got a birthday cake made here, not only was it cheaper than kemptville (where we originally went to try get one made, but kemptville was too busy) but the design was so amazing for a dairy queen! I've never had a dairy queen cake with such a cool handmade design on it! Definitely recommend this place *** we added the figures on the cake ourselves, we didn't get them from dairy queen***

I've been to this DQ several times already.
Honestly, it's always a great atmosphere, we're served very well and it's quick.

Never had a problem with quality in the past but the last two times within the last month, my royal blizzards have like 2 bites worth of filling. I’ve always had a plentiful amount of filling at any other location even from this location in the past.
