We had the chicken brochette platter as takeout. The food was excellent, the staff was pleasant and polite . We highly recommend this retaurant.

My 2 stars for the service were because of the 1hr and 20 min + wait for food. Two other couples next to us were also very frustrated. Especially when numerous take-out meals were completed in that same time.I'm guessing they were short on kitchen staff...but they should advise take-out callers of a delayed timeline...not making in-person customers wait 1st rule of customer service....serve the people in front of you first...then 'callers' or online customers.Doubt we will be back.

The plates are well filled (large portion) and the prices are very affordable. We ate chicken skewer souvlaki which was delicious. Our waitress was French speaking ?and very friendly.

Got in restaurant on the 20 February 2024 at 17:00, waitress showed up at 17:20, she came back at 17:50 to take orders. Food came on table at 18:20. The food was cold (fries where warm)
The service is bad (not enough waiter for the number of customers), the food was cold probably do to a lack of waitress. The floor are greasy. We do not recommend this restaurant.

First impression: unremarkable food.I was very excited to try Enzo Grill as I craved some Greek food. Our plan was takeout, but we weren't in a hurry, so I stopped by to place our order in person.When I arrived, the restaurant was pretty busy, which I took to be a really good sign. The smells were fantastic, which further encouraged me to dream big with our meal. Service was very friendly and welcoming - all great signs.I came back after the agreed 25-30 minutes to collect our order and with great anticipation, headed home (10-15 minute drive), all the while battling the urge to snack on the way home because dinner smelled so great.In retrospect, I wish that I had opened the bag because our extra 8oz order of tatziki was missing !! I had intentionally ordered the extra tatziki because it can often make or break a Greek experience. My previous learning would have absolutely helped make this 3* meal a 4*Enzo Grill ... trust me - it is in your best interest to double the tatziki portion provided with a platter.The chicken was cooked perfectly and delicately spiced, which actually made it a bit unremarkable. The rice offered was also fairly subtle (which is fine) but did not provide an outlet to make the meal better than average. Potatoes and salad also okay, but again, mostly unremarkable. With a larger portion of feta cheese, the salad could have been more of a feature in the meal.I will definitely try Enzo Grill again with the understanding that perhaps my expectations were too high. The trouble is that with so many great food offerings in Embrun these days, places that remain unremarkable to me will have to cede to more impactful options.

Was super excited to try this place, I was sadly very disappointed with the food. The chicken pita had so much sauce on it, it was not edible anymore even after trying to scrape it off (sauce tasted good though). The chicken club sandwich didn't have a normal mayo on it, not sure what sauce was on it or maybe homemade mayo but we didn't like it but could just be me. For the poutine there was some kind of spice they put in the gravy that we didn't enjoy.Over all I could see people enjoying the food, we just didn't today.

I went in and ordered Chicken tenders and a Club House Sandwich for take out, I asked how long and was told 30 minutes. After 1 hour they finally brought us our food after repeatedly saying sorry when I ask what the status was for the order after 30 minutes and was told 5 more minutes. The food then came over cooked. I absolutely would not recommend ordering from here.
