Portion sizes have really changed. The customer service was so much better before. Went last night and there was no lineup of other customers but they were in so much hurry like there is a big lineup. Was a BIG fan of their food in the beginning but its going down now. Hopefully it improves and I can be a regular again!

A good spot for a quick sandwich. Not great but good. The man making the sandwich seemed distracted and kept asking the same questions. I opted for the diced potatoes with less garlic toum topping. I believe that I got the regular amount and the potatoes seemed a little old (leftovers reheated from the day before?). No great wow factor here. It was busy enough so they obviously are doing something right.

Dont order online and get delivery. It took 1h 45 min for my order to arrive at my house. I live 1.5km away from the restaurant, lol. Food was good but cold. I ordered and got confirmation at 16h30. Food tag said order was ready at 1730. Food arrived at my house at 1820.

Above average experience and still the best shawarma in the local area. Service is what you'd expect from a busy-ish shawarma place: rushed and chaotic. This sometimes leads to mistakes so keep an eye on what's being prepared for you. The atmosphere is of a basic shawarma place: small but clean, with a few tables and Lebanese music blasting from the speakers.
Wheelchair accessibility: Small place with a weird barrier (to stop cold air?) at the front door. I don't recall seeing an automatic door opener but maybe I've just missed it.

This is the best shawarma place I've ever been to, I come here once or twice a week. I have been to a large amount of the form of places in Ottawa and grew up in the GTA and got a lot of stormers there this is the best one I've ever had. Support small town businesses don't go to the Big Chain guys that are trying to move into town their quality isn't nearly as good and they won't give you the portions that these guys do. On top of that the service is very friendly here everyone is very nice, I went to the new place once and the atmosphere was not good at all. I have had the food from that place that just moved into town many times in their Ottawa locations and it is not that great.
