Had a great experience as first time customer! The food was delicious. We dined in between 3-4 pm therefore me and my husband had a peaceful time together. I had a burger with their creamy mushroom soup (very flavorful 🥰) and my husband had pizza—which I did steal one slice from him because I was interested in sourdough pizza dough. It was the best kind of dough for pizza I’ve ever had. The service was very nice; I felt comfortable and welcome. Would go again, especially after work or Calypso!

So I finally visited this restaurant after hearing so much about it. I was greeted upon my arrival in the parking lot. The young lady at the front was super friendly! I ordered a pizza, some garlic knots and picked up some of the best cookies I’ve ever had that were right there at the front by the cash register. Oh and I picked up a jar of Stewart’s delicious honey! My experience at Iron Forge Embrun was perfect in every way from the parking to the wonderful staff and the amazing food!!! Thank you again for a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be seeing you all again soon!

I have been searching for a pizza restaurant that can accommodate my family's dietary needs; I have a gluten allergy, and my daughter requires a lactose-free diet. It has proven challenging to find a single restaurant that offers delicious pizza suitable for everyone in our family.
Iron Forge, your establishment has been a delightful success for us! We have placed two orders with you, and on both occasions, the pizza was exceptional. The gluten-free crust was delicious, and we appreciate the wide variety of pizzas you offer. While the pepperoni is not gluten-free, this does not personally affect me, although it might be a concern for other customers.
Customer service was excellent, particularly in person; the staff member answered all my questions and addressed my concerns thoroughly.

By far the best pizza around ! Even top 5 in the ottawa region ! And i have been to them all ! If you know you know ! Owner , staff are impecable ! Deff a top contender if you know ow pizza !
OK, I moved here from Smiths Falls and never got the chance to get to Iron Forge, when I saw EMBRUN had one, I had to Google it, because I thought, NOOOOOO not another chain (you know, we all have eaten at them). I was pleasantly intrigued with the menu, and I couldn't quite understand the concept, was it a chain?? Didn't matter, I have had my fill of regular old mill pizza and knew I NEEDED to go to Iron Forge, I am the chief cook at my home, and if there is pizza it is because my guy picks it up. Well as tired and wrecked as I was today, I said NO I AM picking the PIZZA up and I am trying a new place. I am a red seal cook, I want to enjoy my food, and if I was finally trying this place out, I was having MY own pizza, as my guy is a bit plain Jane. We usually get a large for three adults, I got I think the Iron Forge combo for the plain guy, and a small FOR ME, just ME. So stupid me thought there would be leftovers for the boys...nope whole large GONE, so no pizza for lunch for them!!! But me, well, I get to enjoy pizza for lunch tomorrow, because there was no darn way I wasn't leaving room for a cookie. So, suffice to say, I will be getting all my pizzas from here, OHHHHH and I have been wanting to know where a bakery is in the town that really has to win me over, AND they have fresh bread. While waiting for the pizza, I see everyone leaving with a bag of cookies, LIKE I mean everyone, so I pipe up and ask one customer leaving with cookies, I said those must be good, seems everyone is taking them? He looked at me like I had three heads. What, are you going to tell me you never had the cookies from here? I said NO, I am an Iron Forge virgin, he said get the cookies!!! Thank you for taking care of dinner. I needed this! Well, I am certainly not an Iron Forge virgin anymore, I was there 3 times this week. Stopped in for fresh bread, and then pizza, garlic knots (oh no, I am never losing weight), and of course, the cookies!!! I should NEVER have tried the cookies, but truth be told, each package of cookies, I have only gotten one out each!! The owner (which I will have to ask her name), has great customer service and humour!!

Was our first time yesterday at this location and we were very very disappointed by the quality of the food for the price you pay. From our experience it was cold and tasteless. We were supposed to eat in but we were forgot and our food was left on top of the stove while staff was gone on break outside.

Delicious! Everything is homemade, even the wrap itself of the wrap was cooked to order! And the pizza is unique in a wonderful way, I believe the owner said it is a sourdough base.
