Ok, not only does this place cook up some of the the best pizza in Ottawa but it's even better the next day. They have some of the freshest ingredients and the bacon ? prep is 2nd to none. Cooked then shaved in a process that as explained to me, takes over 5 hours. Served up on pizza like no one else does. Not kidding about re-heating, it was just as good if not better the next day. Can't say that about to many other pizzas and why you can order extra here with no worries.Frankly, all food was delightfulAlso, the dips were so choice.As evidence it's so good, I only managed to capture a picture of the empty plate.

The Iron Forge is a real Gem of a restaurant a clean and cozy restaurant very welcoming. Kate and the staff were very friendly & helpful as we had a hard time deciding which pizza to get so with Kate’s suggestion we went with half & half and both were delicious & I loved the crust too. We’ll definitely be back.

We've been there a couple of times for the wraps which were amazing. But if you are looking for the ultimate in wing experience, the Iron Forge is the place to go. Hearty size wings, just the right amount of breading, and a variety of sauces to accompany!!

We found this gem a month ago and it’s our new go-to for pizza. We’ve also tried other items on the menu (poutine, burger and wings) and they were all delicious. The service is always very friendly. A must try!
Friendly staff but unfortunately, food is overpriced. We order a small and a medium pizza, a ceasar salad and garlic knots. It came to about 75$! Which would have been OK if the pizzas were tasting great and if the sizes were advertised correctly. The small one is, in fact, a personal size pizza and the medium size is nowhere near what you get in a typical pizza place. We were also so looking for the garlic knots but they were covered (I mean COVERED) with garlic and kind of blend otherwise. For comparison, the garlic knots are way better at Papa John's!

Dined in at lunchtime. It's a very casual atmosphere. Our group had Give'R Sticks, garlic knots, soup, several flavours of pizza, a burger , a BLT and fried apple pie. Everything was fresh and delicious - especially the sourdough bread! The good news is you can buy the bread to take home. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely be back!Parking: There is parking behind the restaurant for about four cars. Bearing in mind that it is winter and there's a lot of snow piled up, there is probably room for more in the summer.
