As we entered a lady coming out have such an enthusiastic review I knew we had come to the right spot! Everything was flawless, the service was impeccable, fast and very, very friendly. Spacious dining perfect for families, tasteful decor and excellent food. Will definitely be making this my go-to brunch spot from now on.

Perfect little diner atmosphere. We were served coffee as soon as we sat down and the service (friendly service, coffee refilled 3-4 times and food came quickly) and prices were excellent. The food was delicious and we will be coming back for sure.

I was with a friend and the atmosphere was comfy, and great for conversation. The meal came at an ample time ( not too fast, ie some preparation took place) and not to slow (ie adequate preparation beforehand). But my highest marks go for the service! Our server was chipper, there when you needed her, didn't overstay when you didn't, and generally seemed to enjoy her job and the day. High marks!!!

Dîners like my childhood. The food was good and service was excellent and quick even for our big group. Waitress was so lovely with us.Parking: There was construction around so there was a few spaces but there was more space near the gas station next to it.

I went out for supper with friends at the restaurant I’ve been anxious to try. I ordered the baby beef liver with onions and bacon, I had to repeat it three time because the menu said “baby beef liver” so my ordering it with bacon and onions seem to confuse the Chinese girl. I ordered the pea soup which took at least 20 minutes but when I did get it it was orange in colour and no pea soup taste, OK i thought. I had ordered a slice of bread which she brought me immediately no butter and it just sat there for an hour as that’s how long it took to get our meals. Half an hour before our meal she seemed confused about the amount of bacon I wanted I said 2 slices would be fine than she said the order has 3 slices in it;…OK with 3 slices I said. She put my plate in front of me and my plate had two scoops of potatoes 3 slices of bacon and onions no liver. She was collecting money at another table with a bunch of guys so I got up to tell her because I would have waited a long time to get her attention before she went around their table. I looked at her and said I have no liver in my plate she said she thought I had told her I wanted bacon instead of liver. Why would I order baby beef liver to omit the liver for bacon instead of just ordering just a plate of potatoes and bacon and onions. I told her that she made me repeat 3 times liver and onions and bacon. So another 20 minutes wait in a cold air conditioned restaurant for my liver while my potatoes, onions and gravy got cold which she never offered to heat up when my liver finally arrived. my friends had nearly finished their plate. I received two thin slices of liver one was bleeding in my gravy. So, because I was starving I ate a bit of my plate maybe 1/4 . The bill came she never asked how we wanted to pay so she put everything on 1 bill we told her I was separate. My bill came to over $27. I looked at my bill an I was charge $1.00 for bread and charged extra for onions, bacon and potatoes and gravy. I called her to our table and said why am I being charged for mashed potatoes and gravy isn’t that part of the baby beef liver plate. She said no because if you don’t take fries you get charged for the mashed potatoes and gravy I said what about the gravy doesn’t that come with the meal. You need a lot of guts to punish a customer for not taking fries and charging $15.95. for baby beef liver plate with no liver and extra charge fo mashed potatoes and gravy bacon and onions. What was I getting for $15.95 because my plate didn’t have liver in it and I was charged extra for everything else. I had water with my meal. Needless to say I paid the bill but not one cent in tip and they lost 3 new senior customers.
