Went through the drive through today at lunch, and encountered three separate employees, ALL absolutely delightful. Food was the best McDonalds we’ve had in ages, and they got our order perfect. We hope that those employees are truly as happy at work as they seem to be. Lovely experience!

I went there at 10pm, and it took 30min sitting in the drive through cause they had no fries. Then 12 cars showed up after me in the drive through and completely filled the parking.
Why do they not have fries, it's McDonald's

It is a McDonalds.. you don't go for the food.. you used to go for the price.. now.. you go because your kids demand it.. Always check and double check your orders.. in store or in drive thru. Almost every time I've bought food here, something is missing. Sauce for the nuggets, ketchup you asked for, a straw, the toy for the kids meal, sometimes complete food items (ordered a kids nugget meal for my son.. somehow they missed adding the nuggets).. they almost always miss something. Prices are higher than other McDonalds in Ottawa..
The parking and entrance are horrible. This has to be one of the worst planned McDonalds locations I've ever visited. Doesn't help that drives can't seem to understand how to enter and exit the lot.
If you need a quick meal that will having you hitting the bathroom in an hour and you don't mind paying extra for that experience go for it.. Otherwise, try anywhere else.

Order online and paid online figuring. My order would be ready when I get there in 30 min. No they don't prepare your order until you get there. They should have a time like every other place when order and pick up from online. Been waiting over 30 min. And still waiting for my order
