My matcha protein latte was disgusting...goopy, foamy mess so thick that I can't sip from the cup. Had to use a spoon to scoop out the goop. By then, you're left with less than half of the latte. Do not buy. On top of that, the latte is grainy.

Every saturday i go to this starbucks to get my drink and most of the time they get my drink wrong but anyone hardly apoligizes but this time i went of a Sunday around 10 am i was served by an older barista and oh she was amazing! She litrally re made my drink and since i was in the drive through, i dint wnto hold on traffic i said il come inside while u finish my drink as soon as i started parking that older barista brought my drink to the car i forgot to ask her name but i really wanto thank her for going above and beyond!

I went today! Very quiet, awesome music, the place is super nice. The baristas are super sweet and understanding. I LOVVVEEE the huge painting, it really makes everything so pretty!! It was clean, nice and warm. My drink was literally PERFECT. Tysm guys :D

Since the recent (ish) change in management, I’ve noticed a decline in both service quality and drink consistency. Incorrect drink orders have become quite common. On the one occasion, I returned an incorrectly made drink and the employee was really dismissive and argued with me, despite the drink being visibly incorrect (almost entirely milk). My husband had a Pike coffee that had coffee grounds in it this morning (he had already left when he noticed).
Service is also slower (but I will chalk it up as new staff that are still learning).
Lastly, there are some great employees that work there, I just hope to see improvements.

Since Karen’s departure, I’ve noticed a decline in customer service at this location. The atmosphere has changed—some employees now come across as indifferent or even rude, which is disappointing given the high standards Karen upheld. I hope the new management team will take steps to restore the welcoming and attentive service that made this Starbucks stand out.

While other locations may simply write “cheers” or “enjoy,” this team goes a step further with genuine creativity and care. Yes, there may occasionally be delays at the drive-thru or minor hiccups, but those are rare exceptions to the otherwise consistent and reliable service they provide to the community.

I had a bad experience at nearby Starbucks with their store being closed despite accepting online orders. I came to this one and they honored my order from the other store with a smile. Promptly. Awesome.

This place is medium busy, but the chances are barista will mess up your order. On my first visit, I ordered a frappe, but received with different ingredients, so I had to return and ask for correct order. During my last visit, my daughter ordered L coffee, but received S coffee and again we had to wait longer while other customers would come and go. While waiting during last visit for my correct order, another customer came back as they also received wrong order, means we are not the only one having issues there. Location is convenient and only one around our area, so we have to same location again, but we make sure to check our order every time. The plaza is small and has limited parking, but it is rarely full during our each visit.

As always we had a great couple of lattes at Starbucks in Embrun. The service is always fast, friendly and very efficient and they deliver quality products in their coffees and baked goods. You can’t go wrong at Starbucks in Embrun.

Me and my cousins gone during a bike ride and it was pretty nice 👍 We really gone there just to get a water and it was yummy water, service was also good kind food taker! But it was kinda dirty in the Starbucks, also sorry about the throw up my cousin thought it would be funny🙄 Also water was free
