As always we had a great couple of lattes at Starbucks in Embrun. The service is always fast, friendly and very efficient and they deliver quality products in their coffees and baked goods. You can’t go wrong at Starbucks in Embrun.

Me and my cousins gone during a bike ride and it was pretty nice 👍 We really gone there just to get a water and it was yummy water, service was also good kind food taker! But it was kinda dirty in the Starbucks, also sorry about the throw up my cousin thought it would be funny🙄 Also water was free

Update: while I hope they will improve, today is a disappointing downgrade to 3 stars …. ordered on the app, said 3-6 minutes, but took over 25 minutes while other orders were taken and tended to. When I asked about it, their five more minutes was over 10. Too bad, because I was in a bit of a rush, and trusted based on previous experiences they would do a much better job, and threw our plans out of whack….. previous review: Great location, good service, ordering on the app easy, quality invariably observed to be top notch.

The service here is always 10/10, everybody is friendly and welcoming but my drinks are never up to par. It is always either watered down or barely any taste of the syrup. My drinks are just not made correctly.

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever seen. They even argued with me. I paid $24. I got my money back, went to a&w and paid way less and got way more food with excellent customer service

Didn't order food, so I am not rating food.. service wasn't great.. took forever to order drinks. It took a long time to get one drink.. also, my drink wasn't mixed at all...
I made my first ever online order drive threw pick up tonight for the embrun Starbucks. I wasn't sure how it worked so I assumed the best thing to do was to just clarify at the window. When I arrived to the windows the young girl walks away from the windows with her hands pointing at the window. She does this twice to her coworker, then they both look at the window questioning why I was there. Fair, she opens the windows, not even a " hello welcome, how can i help you", she stairs at me and I had to sat "hello I'm here for a mobile pick up". Rolls her eyes, proceeds to tell me with the most attitude "ya next time stop at the ordering and let us know" the associate behind her watching me with such an attitude on her face. I proceed to tell her it was my very first time doing it, I'm so sorry. Still receiving a very non welcoming energy, I ask of anything is wrong and I just more attitude with "ya no it's fine just next time let us know"... So I also work in customer service, I understand when customers do things without knowing, but I have never treated someone like the way I was treated over two drinks...never will I ever go back here, and it's a real shame that they are the only Starbucks in our town and treat the locals like this...ladies, we can do better

i had the sweetest lady today serve me in the store front and she was kind and took my order with no problems my drink was amazing and i even asked how much was the ham and cheese croissant was and i decided since it was a bit pricey i wouldn’t take it and once she gave me my drink she surprised me with a ham and cheese croissant! It made my day i wish i got her name but five stars for sure !!!
