Worst service ever , I am not sure why these girls think they deserve tips for doing their job but the attitude on these women changes immediately if they see you did not leave a tip .McDonald’s and Tim Hortons machines do not ask for tips . Please get off your high horses you are working a minimum wage job that requires no education . Why would society be responsible for your income . Go to school work hard and maybe you will make enough money to survive rather begging strangers for it !

Beware. I went through the drive-through this morning and paid by debit. The teen at the window said the usual, ‘It’s going to prompt you before you tap,’ (translation: It’s going to ask you for a tip) only it didn’t prompt me. I asked him why it didn’t prompt me, and his response was, ‘Oh, sometimes it doesn’t do it. It’s something with the machine.’ Didn’t seem right. So, I asked him for the receipt. The receipt showed a record of a tip. This employee had gone through the prompts and given himself a tip before handing the debit machine to me, thinking I wouldn’t question it. I parked and went inside and questioned the cashier (different employee than the drive-through person). She was very apologetic and refunded my whole order, but did not seem at all surprised by what I told her. Hmm. So, if you go through the drive-through and the debit machine doesn’t prompt you for a tip, it’s because one was taken from you without your permission.

Great coffee, poor customer service (at least on this visit).No customers in-store, some drive-thru customers, but 4 staff members working behind the counter. One making beverages, one cleaning, two standing, leaning against the counter discussing the shift schedule, and swearing amongst themselves.Finally, I interrupted their conversation to ask if they could take my order. Queue the standard perky Starbucks barrista personality at this time.Store is always clean and welcoming, and coffee is always delicious. Just happens that they missed the mark on service on this visit.

It's a Starbucks, like many Starbuckses. Just glad we have one close by...Edit (01/25/2024):Upon going to this Starbucks a few more times, I do have to say the parking layout is not ideal, you'll know what I'm talking about when you go in the winter and it's a little busier...In the winter and when it gets busy, you sometimes have to wait for cars to exit before going in due to the layout of the parking lot, it just a bit of a tight setup, not the parking stalls (they're pretty generous in this area compared to city parking) but where you enter/exit from is sometimes interesting...

One of my favourite Starbucks! everyone is always so friendly & kind, great customer service. service is also fast even when the line up is long :) clean & spacious inside.The only thing I hope changes in the future is the access in and out of the main parking lot, both ways is hard or impossible to turn to your left.My new favourite is the apple crisp pat shaken espresso

Advertising on the 417 is very misleading. Takes 10min to get to the starbucks and 10min to get back. Was also pretty slow!
