Usually operated by teens with no care for their job or that they are making you food. I doubt they would make their own sandwiches with such apathy. Lots of health code issues mostly related to cross contamination noted on the several times I had attended. It would run better with a present and well trained manager.

So I’ve been to this location a few times some of the staff are very nice and some are very rude. While writing this review, I looked at other people’s reviews, and you noticed that there is constantly same people reviewing This location, which makes me think that they are a part of the Subway management or the owners of it. Subway has really gone downhill with their prices, quality of food and the way they treat their front sandwich artists if the managers district managers and owners would treat them a lot better customers would come back for more

This place is absolutely unbelievable. It is now the 3rd time I’ve had to go in and get them to remake my sub.
I ordered online through their app. First of all, the app is missing menu options (not the workers fault) but this should absolutely be fixed. However when I went in they said that it was MY fault that my sub was made wrong because of how it was ordered. (Nothing was wrong they just didn’t read the notes). When I pointed out the notes to them they said I should have ordered the crispy onions on my sub instead of asking for them in the notes. The crispy onions are not an option to order on the veggie sub!!! She basically started mansplaining the “subway rules” and how they are only allowed to put a certain amount of each topping on the sub. While doing this, she is absolutely LOADING this guys sub without him having to ask for extra?? On top of that when I got back home with my new sub, I found that she once again did not fill it up or “add extra” which I absolutely feel was a part of the context clues in this whole conversation we were having. What ever happened to the customer is always right, in matters of taste?
I have never had to ask for extra toppings while the employees make my sub, because I think it’s pretty obvious that 8 olives are not a reasonable amount for a foot long sub.
Just absolutely unbelievable.
The ladies working today were all smiles! I enjoy coming to this location more since the renovation because it is bright and inviting but the real reason I come to this subway is for the team! Keep up the good work!!

Ordered a meatball sub. The meatballs were cold. I asked them five times to toast it but they can't even do that at that store. Two girls that are on. Don't know what they're doing there

Order took 20 min to complete machine did not work and an employee came out talking about a mouse in the back of the store and I saw a picture when one co worker showed the other so bad
Way to slow in person. Past 2 times I've ordered online for pick up they didn't follow instructions and toast the subs. This time they also forgot all 3 of the dips for my sons "dipper" snacks. Managment needs to train employees to be more efficient when serving and to follow instructions on orders.
Absolutely the best subway in the area refuse to go to any other subway we have breakfast here every day and have no regrets always polite and friendly and they give you service with a smile! Punam is awesome and friendly
