Ordered online and requested a gluten free bun. Only found out when I showed up for my order that they didn't have gluten free buns. No offer for a refund for the extra paid for the bun until I asked and then they had comments to make.

Outside the bun issue, the fries were average at best.. not well seasoned or cooked..

For the price point there are many other places to get really good burgers and fries.

Highly recommended. The better chip truck in the area. Great service. Once in a while the place closes when the weather is bad.

Ordered a small poutine and the steak poutine to go.
The issue was the steak poutine was cold in the center. The few warm bites I had were good. If the fry to cheese was more proportional it would have helped.

A generous 4 stars... fries are awesome but the burger was underwhelming and small. Staff could not have been less personable but hey, I get it.. you're working in an incredibly hot environment. Wait time was quite long even though we were there around 2pm on a weekday. If you want to skip the wait definitely order ahead online as we saw many people come and go who had done just that lol

I'll be back to try a different meal, maybe I caught them on a bad day.

Probably the best poutine in the area. Definitely my favorite. Anytime I ask the kids what they want for dinner poutine is always the #1 choice.

Is the wait time sometimes a little long, yes. But if you serve good food and are a popular spot there is going to be a wait time just about anywhere. Don't really understand the bad reviews for waiting.

Holy shit this place is awesome. The service is great and the food is amazing. Considering how fairly priced it is I was surprised that the portions where so generous! Plus these people layer the cheese and gravy for the poutine. That's love.

My wife and I just tried this place for the first time - we tried the bacon cheeseburger, chicken strips and poutine. All items were hot, fresh and really tasty. Will definitely be back and highly recommend you try it!

Friendly service but a 20 minute wait for an order of medium fries and a poutine!? Wtf? People who came after me got served faster. Definitely going elsewhere because who wants to wait 20 minutes for such a small simple order?

Im working out of town and was craving a poutine. Drove 25 min to this spot only to see them packing up at 3pm. Online hours said open until 7pm. Wont be coming back. Thanks for wasting my time.

Always a great experience at the Embrun arena. Lots of variety for an arena canteen. Went above and beyond especially in pleasing my 3 year old daughter.
