Went there in the afternoon and ordered 2 farmers wrap and a sausage english muffin. No eggs in any of them and missing sausage in the english muffin and only gave me one wrap. Seriously disappointed.

Ordered 3 sandwiches. One was missing. They didn’t have eggs so they put double meat but only put one slice of bacon cut in half.

Well, 2:30pm in the afternoon. Here for chili. No chili. Asked for potatoes wedges. No potato wedges. Informed it would be 40 minutes to make more chili and that it went fast today. If it went fast, why didn't they make more as it was running out? Where are the wedges? So, I asked for an everything bagel and was offered sesame seed. No everything bagels. It's not even the lunch or dinner rush. Between this and the mustard embargo, I am not happy with Tim's lately. Basically the same thing happened at the last one I went to as well. Pick up your game Tim Horton's. You're losing. You are embarrassing us Canadians. Disappointed.

Everytime I go there it takes 20 minutes to get a combo. Half of the time there’s do thing missing to the order and they make me wait another 10 minutes. Shouldn’t be considered “FAST food” at this tim horton’s

This has to be the slowest Tim Horton's that I've been to in years. I waited in line for 10-15 minutes this morning, then another 10-12 for my food. Barely any cream cheese on my bagel... I'll be going to McDonald's next door for breakfast when in Embrun next!

What's there to say...it's a Tim Hortons...one thing I will say is, like most places in Russell/Enbrun, the service is top notch.
Some of your counter people need to be able to speak and understand English a whole lot better before serving the public.

The modification to the drivethru makes traffic worse and can spill out onto the main street. Also there is only one turn that can take you into the drivethru. The owner made a mistake doing this, or maybe Embrun just hates normal drivethrus?
