We've resided in Embrun for a decade, and over the past 4-5 years, we've noticed a consistent drop in both the quality of food and service. The hash browns resemble bricks, orders are frequently botched, and the amount of cream cheese on bagels is significantly less compared to other Tim Hortons locations. Consequently, I opt to frequent the Russell Tim Hortons, finding it superior in every aspect.

Not a big TH fan to begin with, but this location has drivethrough paving straight out of soviet Russia. You WILL break your car; Pathetic. Also don't bother with the generic "we're sorry for the bad experience reply" Just do better.

The staff is incredibly slow and the orders are usually messed up, if your going to be slow at least get it right, I understand sometimes it’s very busy but, you could be the only one in drive through and it still is slow, now the coffee is another thing “it’s disgusting” what happened, it’s so bitter and always tastes burnt, I’ve had to switch to McDonald’s coffee which is so much better, I still buy coffee from Tim’s just not in Embrun and it’s fine…weird

The only problem I have with Tim Horton is when I order a medium coffee I want a full cup ,not half a cup I'm paying almost 2.00 dollars ,fill the cup.

This was the Embrun location.The service was slow with 8 ppl behind the counter and relatively empty restaurant. It seemed quite chaotic and just to get served it took a few minutes. The staff made eye contact but no one came to take the order. I went back up and got a coffee it wasn't good but I drank it anyway. I didn't want any part of what wasn't happening.

Went through the drive thru, horrible customer service while trying to order food and practically chucked ourfood and a leaked drink into our vehicle. More interested in closing in 30 minutes rather than making eye contact and being kind.

This is a difficult review for me to write since I'm usually writing wonderful, happy reviews. This wasn't a good experience. First, staff seem to be more interested in drive through then people who are eating in. One staff for everyone eating in and five for drive through is ridiculous. Second, I ordered a chicken cilantro lime bowl for myself and a turkey bacon club sandwich sandwich for my S/O. They said they didn't have buns for sandwiches so they'd make the sandwich on two small ones, fine. So they proceeded to make my bowl and toast the sandwich buns, then let both get cold while they did more drive through orders. Third, when they finished the sandwich, someone from the back brought up regular sandwich buns... I thought there wasn't any... Lastly, we go sit to eat and of course the sandwich buns had gone cold and tough to chew, and my bowl was less then half full. 5 pieces of lettuce, a few chopped veggies and a couple of spoon fills (less then 1/4 of a cup) of the rice/quinoa. Literally less then half of the bowl had food. I've had this same bowl at this location, and a few others in Ottawa and I've never seen it like this. The bowl wasnt even full to the line on the bowl. No point in a dome lid if you're not giving the correct amoint of food. For the price it was not worth it and I won't be returning. Especially with Subway up the road who's bowls are full and sandwiches are made to order in order..FOR THE SAME PRICE!
