Love this place but I was going to make a special trip on this Monday morning to get the freshest donuts because I've only had them after 2pm. Good thing I checked the opening time as it's CLOSED all day. I eat sweets on Mondays just like any other day and now I have to settle for inferior donuts.

The drive of 40 minutes from Kanata was well worth it! Nice place and nice people! We bought two dozen donuts and two pastries for under $26! Excellent donuts some very even a bit too sweet. The peanut butter donut is my favorite! The almond croissant is incredible! If you're in the area I definitely recommend this bakery!

Incredible little bakery in Embrun. When breakfast was available it was delicious. We love the jalapeno cheddar rye bread and can't go wrong with any of the desserts!

My husband and I stopped in for the first time yesterday.We got donuts, coffee and jalapeno sourdough.The bread made the best grilled cheese we've ever had, the coffee was delicious but the real winner was the donuts.They were like sugar glazed carb clouds.I got a Boston cream and I was thrilled when the chocolate on top seemed to be real ganache and not chocolate flavored rando-dip (like some major chains).Everything was delicious and my husband is already talking about taking the drive from Ottawa again for more.

Honestly, I love bakeries, and I love supporting local. Unfortunately, this bakery did not hit the mark. Everything I had received was not fresh. I had gotten 2 containers of cookies that were dry and brittle. They looked at one point like they could've been amazing, but sadly old cookies are not great. The cupcakes I had gotten were even worse! Not worth the money spent. The bread was okay at best, bit expensive for the small loaf.
