This is by far one of the most incompetent Tim Hortons I have ever visited. On a daily basis I am here for lunch. Every single day they mess up my order somehow, usually missing an item or two. I have finally had enough of it, so I am finally writing a review. The store manager "Genevieve" is one of the worst employees there when it comes to order correctness. There are many great employees at the store so I can't complain about everyone, but there a few employees INCLUDING the store manager who are just at a different level of incompetence. There have been multiple times where I try to get the item I didn't originally receive by going inside. They sometimes say that they don't believe me and make me show them a receipt or ask the person on the window if they remember my order. This has gotten very annoying and I would like to see something change about this.

Great place. Drive through. Free parking. Visited around 7.30 pm . Not much options left. I was told cookies are in the back. But then I had to order from the leftover cookies in the display. They don't carry double chocolate cookie at this location. Cookies are getting expensive at tim hortons, $2.50 each plus tax. I wish Tim's had some policy of half price after 6 pm. Bought rock-hard cookies for the same price as fresh ones at 11 am.

Best Timmies in Chatham. They're fast, accurate in producing orders and serve fresh food and coffee. Staff are polite and energetic.Big parking lot.I go across town to this location because it's worth the effort. They're consistently very good.

I tried to scan my points with phone, and girl just pushed debit machine before scanning. When I paid and wanted to scan she said it's too late we can't scan afte6 paying! I was like what, why did you push payment before scanning than? Workers are ridiculous rude at this place!
