First time stopping here when the truck was open. Decided to try the Banger Trio. I found the potatoes to be a bit overcooked for me but great flavor. The star of the show was the Banger. Delicious sausage with a great snap. Put on all the appropriate toppings, saurcraut, mustard and hot peppers and you've got the perfect bite. The woman behind the grill was very friendly and we had a chat while getting the food ready. Four stars for atmosphere because it was a beautiful...
This is a fun food truck. It’s in an unexpected location just on the side of the highway. Cash or eTransfer only. We got their banger and the smashed potatoes and loved the tomato sauce they added. The bun was also delicious.
Definitely worth the stop…the food was delicious and the owner was so kind.
