Shouldn't even give 1 star but had too. I got the boss poutine and it was so soggy and tasted off! When I brought it up to the employees, they were so rude about it, it was a older lady that looked like she needed a fix and clearly didnt want to be there. The only time I've been there and had a great experience was when Whitney was working, she was very polite and made sure her customers were happy ?

Ate there on several different occasions very hit or miss. Burger patties are thin tiny patties similar to no name patties you buy at the grocery store which were served charred. The crispy chicken burger and poutine I received were made in old dirty oil so they tasted disgusting. Further poutine had a very small amount of cheese curds. What the place charged for the food I was expecting better quality. I personally will not be going back.

I wanted to like it... I really did. But the long wait and the food I received.... Terrible. I'm the only customer here the whole time, I get informed that they ran out of propane and were changing it, hence the wait. Now that's fine but you figure with all this extra time... The food would be good.... Well it wasn't. I ordered the small poutine and the bacon cheeseburger... Small poutine was absolutely awful... Fries were almost inedible so much they were burnt, I had maybe 11-12 cheese curds on my poutine, (which by the way, doesn't do justice to the other reviews which the poutine looks like it should) and maybe 2 tablespoons of gravy... Not a poutine at all. Barely any cheese and gravy... Highly disappointed. Burger was just ok. Patty was overcooked as well as half the cheese slices was stuck to the wrapper. All in all, beware... I've been wanting to try this place for a while now and unfortunately, will not be going back. $21 down the drain.

We got the Family sized Poutine for 16.50 and it was super worth the money! The people working were very polite and patient with us looking over the menu, and the seating outside was cozy in the shade with plenty of room!Great experience.
