Zero customer service skills, extremely rude. The girl making the sandwich had no communication- prepared the sandwich in worst way possible. Everything just smashed onto it and sauces just thrown.

Ordered 3 sandwiches, and asked for keys to restroom as we came back from work .- she ( hetanshi- as read on name tag) just threw the keys on the table and very very rudely said “take the keys”
Very rude, extremely poor method of preparing subway. Zero customer service skills. No hygiene, extremely bad.

This subway is absolutely disgusting. The service is terrible!!!!!
Only half the toppings are available at this location, the staff are rude and very inconsiderate.
I asked to have my sub put in a bag as it’s very cold outside and I wanted to keep it warm, they put my sub in a cookie bad made of thin see through paper which ripped in half the second I put my sandwich into it.
What a horrible experience all together.
VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Subway app has good deals but is a real pita to use and don't expect any errors on the company side to be fixed or even get a reply back from their customer service dept.

Subway has a deal for $4.99 subs for a 6-in, black Forest ham, turkey and one other I forget. This location doesn't do that deal, unless of course you order through the app. So my question to Subway is why do you have to make it so difficult to make food affordable? Is it that hard to be a genuine company?

Clean restaurant. This is a newer location as the old location was directly on Highway 11 beside the OPP station. Nothing special but I enjoyed my sub. Good staff.
