Extremely unprofessional, tending to bread not even being cooked is more important than serving customers lol Don’t even bother with this place
I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway. The Indian staff member (boy) working there was very rude and arrogant. I ordered a veggie rice bowl, but he gave me only vegetables with no rice, yet still charged me for rice. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go back for a refund because I was on my semi truck and had to keep moving. Very unprofessional service.

Made to wait twice, once while she was serving another customer (fully understandable), then proceeded to make my food, wrap it up and make 3 other customers food while I was standing there waiting to pay. I asked if I could pay and leave, she barked at me that I has to wait because there were other people. After a little back and forth, I called her rude and asked to pay again. She said she had to check all the sandwiches because she had lost track of who ordered what sandwich. I walked out hungry. VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and no customer service skills.

I’m not sure if the people who work at Subway in Englehart are just always late for work but today was the 3rd time I come at 8am when they are supposed to be open at 7am and they are not open!!! The franchise should do something about this problem!!!!
