Washrooms are filthy. I've spoken to Management twice, they obviously didn't care since it hasn't changed.
After seeing the washroom and speaking to the Manager, I left. I lost my appetite

I had a very disappointing experience at this tim Hortons location today. I ordered a veggie wrap, croissant and cold latte but they gave me a non veg wrap instead. I checked it when I left the location. On the top of that , the croissant was burned. This is unacceptable… I expect better attention to customer orders and food quality. Please train staff to double check orders before serving. There are two employees and the time at around 9:00 pm.

I ordered a medium white hot chocolate and left with a regular hot chocolate. I thought it would be an easy fix to go in and get the drink I ordered but instead I was greeted with the rudest employee I’ve ever felt with at that place. I kindly explained I ordered a white hot chocolate and if I could get it remade. She rudely said I was wrong and ordered a regular hot chocolate and made me pay a second time for my drink. 0/10 service.

This place is a train wreck.
Average time from door to till is around 10-15m, certain employees have trouble comprehending basic orders, and I haven't gotten a double double that has been right without making a fuss in a long time.
Between New Liskeard and this location, the only thing you can count on is poor quality. It's the only standard they meet consistently.
Which is sad, considering they just raised the cost of a cup AGAIN

We just passed through travelling from Thunder Bay to Ottawa, the line up was out through the door and thought oh my do we wait… We waited and so glad we did.. well worth the wait..bagels were perfect just as we asked, and coffee was the best !! Thank you to all the staff… They were very busy but still very friendly and hot food!! Perfect!!

I’ve placed several orders online on the mobile app for Tim Hortons for various different things. Every time I order, they never have what I ordered, but it says that they do when I order online. Englehart location is no better than any other location where people are complaining it’s just as bad and filthy and dirty. I ordered food tonight and when I went to pick it up, they said that they weren’t going to cook it because they were going to be cleaning the oven. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t give me a refund. They can’t cancel the order on their system and I just have to wait and try and get a refund from the mobile app where there is no option to get a refund. I think this is ridiculous. The store is open 24 hours and they refuse to cook me food at 11:30 PM. My daughter used to work at the Englehart location and she told me that when they got new ownership a few months ago, the lady who was the new owner, came in and told all of the employees to rip off the best before date stickers that were expired and put on later dates on all of the meat, including chicken if I was you, I would boycott every Tim Hortons that there is an in the world from now on!!

I stopped at the Englehart Tim Hortons while traveling by motorcycle one Saturday evening after 6 p.m. I recognize that the staff may have been working a long shift, but my experience was disappointing.
I stood at the cash register for about 4–5 minutes while the manager made eye contact with me several times but did not acknowledge or speak to me. Eventually, another employee came over to take my order. During this time, the drive-through continued serving multiple customers.
If the priority is going to be the drive-through, in-store customers should at least be acknowledged and informed that service will be delayed. A simple greeting or update would go a long way in improving the experience.
I have noticed the quality of service at Tim Hortons has declined over the past year, and unfortunately, this visit was another example of that trend.
