Good afternoon Tim hortons I am pleased to say the guy dressed like a manager he's one of a kind hes out going in person !!!! He delivered my breakfast outside with a smile parked me told me it was 3-5 for fresh eggs it came fresh hot he needs to be noticed great job sir we need more people like yourself.. definitely a must return !!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely poor service very slow and uncoordinated I sat in the drive thru twice for more than 15 minutes both times I called while in the drive thru to tell them about it and all I got was there’s no one in the drive thru as theres a line up behind me honking at me and then they audacity of them to not even apologize very shitty service extremely incompetent workers and nothing is done correctly I’d highly recommend going to new Liskeard Tim Hortons before this one you honestly may even still save time with the 30 minute drive

Avoid the bathrooms here if you can, location is often under staffed and super busy, they just can't keep up. Food is a crapshoot, you win some and lose some. Ordered a plain heated croissant 🥐 and we got a plain heated bagel 🥯 the attention to detail is clearly lacking, happens often 🤦♀️

I just got an everything bagle extra toasted with butter, they put extra butter and didn't toast it, also got a iced coffee with extra base they didn't put the extra base and refused to take the messed up order back when I have no avaliable cup holders and told us we had to figure it out

Filthy location, I expect a clean rest stop but felt like I needed a bath when I left. The bathroom was disgusting and I told an employee who seemed disinterested. September 21, 2024

Ordered a croissant from this tim and literally got the burnt one, not even in condition of eating. Went back to complain and the lady at front told they give the same type of burnt food to their customers. Ridiculous customer service at this location.

Was in the other day and got a sandwich. It was made poorly. When I notified a staff member the next morning, she told me to come back for a replacement after breakfast hrs. Went tonight and it's probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever had from any Tim Hortons location! Thank you!

Flies are every where inside the kitchen in side the doughnut shelf omg. I notes it mostly Ontario Tim Hortons has them. I believe the owners know about these issues but dont do anything making million a lot of money but dont care about sanitaria. Its a shame.
