Great view... worst service ever anywhere 1and a half sitting waiting for meal. Family of six with 2 kids. Waitress never checked on us...told us we were next up 3x. Meals came out with the 5yr olds last by 10 minutes. Again never check on to get refills for kids. Had to get her attention to pay. Zero management oversight or assistance. Horrible experience

The food is so good and that’s the only reason I keep going back. Other than that, the service needs major improvement. I’ve had many situations where the service was very slow, or take out took 1.5 hrs, even today, I called while in the parking lot (with two young kids in tow) and they said they weren’t busy, and seconds later, I walk in to MANY ppl waiting. 80% of the time we go to bayside we end up leaving and walking over to other restaurants because it’s guaranteed good food and good service there.

My son needed to use the washroom and I needed to quickly scoot in and out. The public washrooms were closed. This restaurant LOOKED beautiful. I am going to be coming back when I am child free! Gorgeous view.

Accommodated a group of 8 of us close to Closing time. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to hurry up and get out. Our waitress was absolutely fabulous. I wish would’ve grabbed her name! She was so kind and chatted with us for a while. The food was fantastic. Perfect portion sizes and nice and hot when it got to our table. We will definitely return!

We wait it over an hour for our food to come. Chicken wings burn and dry, flat bread burn. But the beer was great. Was giving a different table bill good thing we check before paying. I am very disappointed and will never come back ?
