Accommodated a group of 8 of us close to Closing time. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to hurry up and get out. Our waitress was absolutely fabulous. I wish would’ve grabbed her name! She was so kind and chatted with us for a while. The food was fantastic. Perfect portion sizes and nice and hot when it got to our table. We will definitely return!

We wait it over an hour for our food to come. Chicken wings burn and dry, flat bread burn. But the beer was great. Was giving a different table bill good thing we check before paying. I am very disappointed and will never come back ?

Pretty girls, slow-ish service. Fries are very good. Dog-friendly patio is always a plus.
Ok. It’s live music Sunday and the band is done at 7:30. Super Busy and now settling down. Came in as a single table and ordered a burger. 45 mins later it arrives. Servers are wonderful but the kitchen needs help. Just be prepared to wait. New ketchup and mustard….nice. Burger is a double patty. Did not ask how I wanted cooked. A bit overdone. I will come back because I am not a foodie and love the effort here.

Our server didn't once check on us unless she had to bring us food or a drink. We got there at 5, didn't get food until 630. No napkins or utensils for our appetizer, we had to ask for napkins and utensils for our dinner. The umbrella fell over and hit my 10 month old baby and all the server said was "oh did you kick it over" and when i said no she just walked away. A pole ripped from the umbrella and struck my little guy in the leg and scared him. The food is always amazing here but service tends to slack a lot.

Went to the Bayside Brewery in Erieau on July 27th. Got there around 3:35pm and we were seated within 5 minutes. Our waitress took our drinks, she did not introduce herself however. A couple minutes later she brought our drinks and we ordered our food, one pizza. She didn’t tell us the wait time but we figured it wouldn’t be too long as they seemed to have plenty of staff. We were almost completely finished our drinks when we figured we would ask how much longer since she never came and checked up on us or told us how much longer this pizza would take. After what had been almost an hour of waiting, she told us it would be 15 more minutes because there was only one cook and she “needed more help”. We told her to just cancel the order and figured she never ordered it in the first place. Unfortunately we left with a less than pleasant experience.

Just had the worst experience ever here tonight. I understand that the place was busy and things can get missed however 30 minutes after being seated we had to ask someone to take our order. When our order arrived it came without dipping sauce to which we asked for. The sauce was never delivered after asking twice. 45 minutes after finishing our food we had to bring our plates inside to ask for boxes and the bill. We told the server about our experience to which she replied sorry are the bills together or separate.
