We ordered some Baguette the other day and they where flat, no way you could cut them horizontally. We've bought them in the past and they were one of the better Baguettes. Unfortunately we didn't check them until we got home. Had to drive back and return them as we couldn't use them like a regular Baguette. Their response was "it happens" and just gave us a refund, no sorry. They shouldn’t be selling them if they have a sub par day just tell customer we are sold out. Was disappointed.

Gaëlle and Alan run a wonderful bakery and pastry shop! Every time we dine in, the food is fresh, delicious, and reminds me of my childhood in France! Their staff is also very welcoming. We ended up asking Gaëlle and Alan to cater for a rehearsal dinner and wedding desert. Throughout the process, they were both wonderful to work with: they sat down with us to customize a menu (quiches, cheese platters, salads, cakes), followed-up with us in the days before our wedding to update the menu with seasonal items and coordinate day of logistics, delivered everything to multiple locations and on time, all for a fair price. They went above and beyond several times: for example, Gaëlle delivered multiple times on the evening of our wedding to ensure that one of our deserts (croquembouche) would stay fresh. The food that Gaëlle and Alan prepared was the highlight of the meal and our guests still repeatedly talk about it when we see them! Since then, we always look forward to stopping by Bistro Dupain! Through their dedication and hard work, Gaëlle and Alan have created what is so far the most authentic French bakery I have been at in Ontario!

Dupain is a nice cozy place, coffee is great and the Biquette Quiche is the best quiche I’ve ever had.

This little bakery is practically in my backyard, but today I was craving a treat and finally walked in.
I'd like to start off by saying it smells wonderful in there.
The service was fast and friendly. The desserts were very good too.
Very quaint with lots of delicious options to choose from.
