We stopped here looking for lunch on our way back to Guelph. Great fish and chips. Super nice owner, he had us laughing. My only critique would be it would be awesome to include even a little container of coleslaw with the fish and chips but that’s it.
Absolutely loved our visit to Uncle Harry’s Fish and Chips! Brian, the owner, is one of the friendliest and most generous people you’ll meet. His customer service is top-notch — he made us feel right at home and even gave us some fantastic recommendations for things to do in the area.
The food was just as impressive. The fish was perfectly flaky and fresh, the chips were crispy and golden, and the deep-fried mac and cheese bites? Unreal. Seriously addictive.

Great find of a dive! Got the lunch special which was a good portion, and comes with coleslaw and drink. Comfort fish and chips if you are ever in the area. Uncle Brian was so friendly too.
