This used to be a great place to get pizza. The name says “authentic Italian.” False advertising! The owners are Indian! Gone is the feeling of a pizzeria with Italian pictures on the wall. It feels and looks like a run down convenience store. We asked for lasagna, which is on the website as being on their menu. They do not have any pasta anymore! The pizza was like cardboard, it taste awful. I will never eat here again. At least change the name and update your website.

Came by as this used to be a great place for Pizza. New ownership and they have run down the place. The pizza I ordered came with different ingredients to what am used to & instead of warning me that they don’t have prosciutto (change the menu or warn the customer that's it's not available) they put a cheap knock off salami instead. was horrible to say the least. i will not be coming back here again. Do better! Also took 30min not 20min as first said.

I work at the store 3 doors down from them and whenever I forget my lunch I call and ask if one of them can just run it over for me and I had just started working at the store when I first called and she said she would but she doesn't have the debit machine because their delivery man took it home the night before and I said oh okay that's fine don't worry at all I'll stop on my way back home to buy one just because she was so kind and then I had hung up 10 minutes later she came into my store and said I couldn't just think of you sitting there hungry just take this and if you feel like you want to stop in after your shift to pay for it you can, if not it's on me and I went in later that night to pay, I tipped them and I bought a large pizza and wings and she was so greatful, I just called again today and she was over in two minutes to give it to me, so incredibly sweet and kind and the food is delicious and you can tell it is homemade and with love 10/10 recommend

Pretty bad when you cal 7 times on a sunday at 4 pm...well before closing hours to make an order and no one ever takes your call. First time purchase turned into never calling again....

we had a slice about a week ago. meat lovers slice. it was fantastic!Yesterday we decided to order 2 large pizzas. we live in Orangeville so it was far but we were excited to get them based on the slicesunfortunately we were disappointedthe taste and quality was not the samenot sure what happened?the pizzas were pepperoni and veggiejust average taste as I saidis this because we ordered the wrong pizzas?would it have been better if we had ordered meat lovers or can you recommend a better onethanks

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible experience this past weekend. Ordered almost $200 of pizza for my child’s bday party, to be delivered at 6pm. Food finally showed up at 6:45pm. When the food finally arrived, most of the pizzas were cold. 1 of the pizzas hadn’t been cut. Thanks for helping make my sons 6th bday party special.I’d love for the owner to get in touch with me!
