Unfortunately, this was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. The restaurant is in serious need of attention, particularly when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene.
Main concerns:
Flies – Regular flies and fruit flies are swarming, especially around the ketchup/condiment station and ordering counter.
Washrooms – Absolutely unacceptable. Flies are flying around you in the washroom. No excuse for a major chain to allow restrooms to get to this point.
It’s clear there’s little to no pest control being done. The fact that fruit flies are gathering around the condiments is a health code concern and shows a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance routines.
Bottom line: I wouldn’t recommend stopping here until it’s cleaned up and they invest in a fly zapper literally. I hope management takes this seriously. People deserve better, even at a fast food spot.

Absolutely disgusting. We came here for a stop during a long drive and it was gross. Lobby was filled with garbage and trash on the floor. The workers spoke little to no english and talked to each other in their own language loudly. First they forgot the drinks to our meals, then they forgot two happy meals. The fountain station was so unkept, lids and trash everywhere, no napkins and god forbid you ask for something. It took 20 minutes and they forgot a bunch of stuff. Washroom was gross garbage was full as well as no toilet paper. This place needs a safety inspection and new employees.

I visited mcdonalds Very fast service and manager Amit was very polite and friendly. Food was very hot as always. love to come here for the meals . Good job manager
Absolutely disgusting, the lobby area was covered in other customers food bags and garbage, all the workers in where just standing around talking in their own language being very loud about it too. Went to order food for my family and my double cheeseburger was a mess, and I was missing a patty to boot, didn’t care going back to get it fixed because no in understood me when I was in ordering the first time. I’ve had a few issues with one of the managers there, he’s a tall ish guy he was wearing sunglasses one time and he was just so rude and didn’t understand anything I was saying to him, some people definitely need to be re trained on how to do their job better…do better McDonalds

Recently went to this location. My wife found a spider crawling around in her chicken nugget meal. We brought that back in because that's disgusting. Obviously they didn't look at either the box or the chicken nuggets when they put them in and when we brought them back in The worker had no idea what we were saying but finally proceeded to give us another package of chicken nuggets but then told me to take the other chicken nuggets and just eat them with the spider still in the package. While in the restaurant the amount of bugs and flies and everything else that were in there was absolutely disgusting and that's not including the new workers that you could smell from a mile away 😨 unfortunately we will no longer be stopping at this location and I do believe that more customers that were in there when we brought that bug infested chicken nugget box in will also no longer be eating there. This seems to be a common problem at McDonald's and all fast food, restaurants everywhere but It is unfortunate that people from other countries are bringing their hygiene patterns/problems to our country. Unless you are interested in eating bugs feces and whatever else is on these people, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I ordered junior chicken with habanero, I wait for 20 minutes for one junior chicken when i get that it was too much habanero sauce on it. Service is too slow.
