I had ordered from the app to save some time, had gotten a steeped tea and a smile cookie. The steeped tea wasn’t even stirred and the young girl that had given me my items had an attitude and was quite rude. This is the first time I had ever experienced this from this Tim Hortons, other times were at least decent or great.

Extremely slow service. 5-15 min wait in line before you order. Employees look absolutely miserable. 5-15min wait for your order even only being a single coffee. New staff or new training would be an opinion to fix the problem.

I’ve been going to this Tim’s for more the 5 years and I can say this is one of the coziest small town Tim’s I have personally ever been too. They are always fast and respectful I really recommend visiting this Tim’s

Went inside because the drive thru was lined up around the building. Horrendously slow service for a tea and a donut.

I'm from out of town, after driving 5 hours I stopped into the espanola Tim Hortons. Staff were amazing and extremely friendly. Food was fresh and coffee was hot. The manager stopped and said hi, very nice young man.

Something you probably never think about unless it happens to you. I was in a car accident several years ago, which left me with 2 walking sticks/canes.

1. **Accessibility Features**: Your restaurant had a handicap parking spot, which is a positive point, and a handicap table. However, this doesn't compensate for the lack of other essential features.

2. **Bathroom Accessibility**: There is the absence of handrails in the bathroom stalls. This is a significant issue as it can lead to accidents, particularly for those with mobility challenges.

3. **Safety Concerns**: The lack of handrails made me feel unsafe, and I almost had a fall. This is a critical safety concern and should be addressed by the restaurant.

4. **Overall Rating**: May I suggest that the establishment make improvements to ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons.

Hoping this review will help other customers with accessibility needs to make informed decisions and encourage the restaurant to improve their facilities.

Was through Espanola recently and went into Tim's for a break. Coffee arrived quickly. Food took a bit longer. Was delivered by an untidy-looking gentleman with a beard & facial hair. The drive-thru staff was blasting music that wasn't English or French. Didn't seem appropriate given the setting & clientele ?

Place is dirty. The bathrooms are disgustingly filthy and have not been cleaned in a very long time.
