Bacon was literally raw on both bagels, couldn't eat them because of this. Legitimately raw, like they took it out of the package and cooked it for 15 seconds. Rubbery and all. Was disgusting and disappointing to say the least.

I ordered two farmer wraps one with sausage and bacon with no eggs because of allergies:
I asked the turkey and bacon club sandwiches be cut in half. The sausage wrap had no bacon which I paid for. And they put hot sauce on it and I am allergic to that too. The sandwiches were not cut in half. We stop there most times on our trip from Brantford to our place in Algoma Mills. This is the first time I was not happy with meal prep. We were having truck problems and didn’t want to stop so ordered breakfast and lunch.!

Went in to dine, service extremely slow. 8 people behind counter giving drive through good service.
I used to enjoy ordering at this location, staff were friendly, food was good and service was awesome. I was a daily customer.
But as of lately things seem very disorganized, slow and they can never ever get my order right or they never have what I’ve originally ordered. And trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth.
This would be over the 5th time ordering at this location and getting the wrong item or they just don’t have what I’ve ordered. Example. I’ve ordered a loaded box.. went to pick up and they made a sandwich. Or they’ve made a box and put totally different sauce on. On one occasion we had to go back into the restaurant 3 times to get the correct order!! What the heck is going on? Now today they refused to make a little extra scramble for my order that was already paid for because it was 5 minutes to when they stopped serving the item. I’m not understanding why they wouldn’t choose to satisfy the customer instead of sending me away with a refund to give my money to another business. This is the absolute last time I will ever order from this location.

Depending whose working, this is the slowest Tim Hortons in Ontario, hands down. There were only 2 cars ahead of me before placing my order ( in both line ups ) and it still took 16 minutes. Seriously?
Worst Tim's in the area slow service all the time take 20 minutes to go through the drive thru ridiculously slow

They convert the parking lot to flea market, a guy is selling black Berry over there and he doesn’t allow other people to park in front of his car, I tried to park my car which I had trailer on my truck he came out and harassed me, he acted like own that plaza not the Tim Hortons

Almost 13 min wait for a coffee. Ridiculous service!!!! Either hire more employees or re-train the ones already there. No reason why ppl coming in after me, were served before me. Wont be going there again

Unfortunately, my recent visit to this Tim Hortons was very disappointing. The service was slow, the food was mediocre, and the staff seemed completely disorganized.
They had trouble getting our order correct and, instead of listening, spoke to me as though I was the problem. To make matters worse, they ran out of the products needed to complete our order, so we couldn’t even get what we originally asked for. When they handed us our food, I couldn’t tell which items were ours and which belonged to someone else — the whole process felt chaotic.
I’ve always appreciated Tim Hortons for quick, friendly service, but this location really missed the mark. I hope management addresses the training and communication issues so future customers have a better experience.
